celexa joint pain

I've been taking Celexa now for about 4 months, and I started experiencing "fibromyalgia-like" symptoms 2-3 months ago. All joints on both sides of my body hurt (especially my knees), and I too feel like someone is pricking me with a block of needles all the way across my shoulders. I have been researching fibromyalgia as well as googling "Celexa and joint pain" on the web, and I'm convinced that Celexa is the culprit. I just saw my psy.

Hello all i have dep/anxiety and i am on celexa along with low doses of klonopin and have been waking up in the morning with headaches. i know i have been "clenching" my jaw and bought a mouth guard from pharmacy sometimes helps but sometimes not. I know the clenchng is a side effect of celexa which i may be switching to cymbalta. Any input would be great Does anyone think a tmj dentist is the way to go?

My symptoms have been joint and muscle pain, severe fatigue, acid reflux, chronic headaches, chronic back and neck pain, I have endometriosis, Irritable bowel, dry skin, electric shock feeling in legs at night, muscle twitching, depression, weakness, severe fatigue.
