Does anyone feel like their muscles/tendons are 'over-sensitive' - easily over-worked/pulled ?

My muscles and joints have been really sore the past couple of days and I haven't done anything for them to have reason to be sore? Especially in my left leg, foot and shoulder! I hate it bc I'm 26 years old and should be able to run and play with my kids and just can't!

I am 57 years old and suffer from Anxiety disorder, the doctor has pretty much kept it under control with medication. The last month or so I have been waking up with sore joints and muscles in my arms and knees and my hands have been tingling. I also have been waking up with headaches, dry mouth and burning eyes. I get at least 8 hours of sleep, though its not a deep sleep. And I noticed my energy level has dropped.

AND IT HAS BEEN WORKING FINE. THE LAST COUPLE OF WEEKS I HAVE BEEN WAKING UP WITH SORE JOINTS AND MUSCLES IN MY ARMS AND KNEES AND A NUMB FEELING IN MY HANDS. MY DOCTOR HASN'T CHANGED ANY OF MY MEDS NOR HAVE I TAKEN ANYTHING DIFFERENT. I ALSO NOTICED I HAVE BEEN WAKING UP WITH HEADACHES, DRY MOUTH, AND SOMETIMES BURNING EYES. I ALSO NOTICED I HAVE BEEN VERY SHAKY AND HAVE LOW ENERGY EVEN AFTER 8 HOURS SLEEP.

My jaw bacame sore in the beginning I thought I was having a bad toothache and had my dr call in an antibiotic but it didn't help. I guess its because our joints are loosening up and that causes the pain. Even in our jaws. Mine didn't last long maybe a week in a half.

I get cramps in my calves in my sleep which causes sore calf muscles. Try eating more potassium enriched foods such as bananas, spinach, or kale. It will help a little. But from what my doc tells me it's pretty common.

My doctor said it could be carrying the extra weight, the way you have to position your self at work, or doing house work, or it could be carrying and extra fluid around your joints and muscles and it causes the extra pressure feeling.

Every morning I wake up with sore muscles in my forearms and upper arms. They feel really weak and tired. I told my doctor about it and he just blew it off. Regarding ARS (bad indicator, I know), would the sore muscles and joints need to be accompanied by nausea, lymph nodes, or other symptoms? I do not have those, but again, the sore muscles and joints.

I now have low iron (7), hypothyroid antibodies, extreme fatigue, muscles weakness, raised ESR, stiff joints which feel swollen, amongst other things. It starts by feeling like I slept wrong, and just a sore muscle. Over the course of a few days the muscles get tighter and tighter feeling like a continuous charlie horse. It gets to the point where I can't turn my head in any direction without pain. Then, over a matter of days it will ease up again. I hope you can get some answers from your neuro!
