Avatar f tn Question. I have started taking Diclofenac 75mg x's 2 a day to try and see if a non narcotic medication may give me some relief long term with my rib pain. I have taken it for 2 weeks and at first I didn't think it was helping at all. Now I think 1 of 2 things either A) it's starting to build up in my system and is helping better or B) My ribs just happen to feel a bit better lately.

653169 tn?1303446369 Does anyone have any experience with diclofenac? If so, does it work better than over the counter antiinflammatory drugs and does upset the stomach much?
Avatar f tn Is anyone on Diclofenac? I am on it for an orthopedic condition and have been on it almost 4 weeks. It works, but am unsure how long I will be on it. As short a time as possible, I hope,...but, I was wondering....for those with arthritis (which it usually prescribed for,,).....are you on it daily? As an ongoing medication? I hope to go off it to avoid risks with prolonged usage, but up to now...it has not caused me any problems.
Avatar m tn I think I need the strong stuff like diclofenac and B12 and b6. There is a pills called OKA B that I use to take when having muscle pain and it took pains away. But I've heard that diclofenac is not good to take during tx. Has anyone taken diclofenac during tx or is it too bad for the liver.
Avatar f tn I have had migraines for at least the past 10 years, as often as every other day. I was put on 100 mg of Topamax daily in September 2008, which helped immensely. I would still get migraines approximately twice a month, however. My migraines are triggered by bright sunlight (I live in Arizona!), orange juice, citrus, chocolate, processed foods, alcohol, some smells, pms, etc.
Avatar m tn Hello, I'm a male in my late 30s. For little over three weeks I've been having some random mild discomfort (burning sensation) while urinating and/or ejaculating.

Please accept my heartfelt sympathy. God Bless Ja-Kal's Beautiful Spirit and Soul....He is, and always will be missed and loved.
Avatar n tn I agree with KAL - it sounds like an allergic reaction to something, possibly insect bites. For otherwise healthy dogs, the dose of benedryl is 1 mg per pound of the dog's body weight. Hope your pup is doing better by now.

Avatar m tn I was young at the time so didn’t really see the seriousness of it and my parents couldn’t afford a follow up scan. I took medication (cataflam mostly for the pain if it was serious) and I stopped Ballet lessons and then stopped basketball as well. The problems with my back stopped then and has been ok for the past few years. Now however, it has started up again and won’t seem to go away even with rest and cataflam.
Avatar m tn I would strongly suggest you either return to the MD for re-exam or head for an ER. You could have developed cellulitis which would require IV antibiotics. Since you're getting worse you need re-exam and I would not wait till Monday.
Avatar m tn Hi Kal what you could try is some jelqing, its the way this exercise works, this could help to reshape your p***s back up or should say recurve it upwards, as this is the way most men have sex, or you will be forced to do it the other way round for comfort, look just go to pegym, on there look for the beginners page, when it comes up or the right you will see beginners, when you go into an exercise hit on the word exercise, and when it come up scroll down.
Avatar f tn I really wanted to go with Kalan. Pronounced like kal an . having a little girl instead. Wanted something simple but different.

473384 tn?1210206242 like that was going to last!). 6 months ago I started taking diclofenac (an NSAID) and apparantly it works REALLY WELL for pain b/c I am supposed to stop taking it 7-10 days before surgery b/c of bleeding issues. I stopped it last week and OMG I can't believe how bad my pain became. I could not even walk, could not get comfortable in bed to sleep, etc etc etc.
Avatar n tn And please remember, that if you see multiple doctors, you should let them know all medications you take including anything over the counter such as aspirin. Here is information regarding diclofenac gel. https://www.drugs.com/voltaren-gel.html. Diclofenac is voltaren and the gel contains the Nsaid. This information states clearly that aspirin should not be used at the same time. Normally, blood thinners are also not used with Nsaids.
