Im 18 weeks and 5days and i have awful seasonal allergies. My eyes are usually bad but for some reason this year its all about the sneezing. Hello there. Long story short, I've had 2 rabbits for 10 years. One of them passed away earlier in 2018, the other one is still alive. During those 10 years, I haven't had any troubles with allergies because of the rabbits. I just have my usual summer allergies to pollen, and that's all. Last year, on February, I got a guinea pig. And earlier in 2018, I got a second one.

My cat has been sneezing and having nasal discharge for a month now. She has no other symptoms. She plays,she eats well. Just sneezes and has nasal drainage. Her eyes are good. No swollen or runny eyes. Is this allergies? I noticed she usually only sneezes when her nose touches objects or she sniffs. Sometimes mucous comes out with the sneeze.

Allergies aren't hereditary but they can come and go. Some people outgrow allergies and others get them when they are older. My little brother had a lot of allergies when he was a kid (including pet dander) and outgrew them, while I didn't have them as a child but became more prone to them as an adult.

Is your cat an outdoor cat? It could be an abscess of some kind from an injury received outdoors. My one cat used to develop infections from flea bites (she was very sensitive to those). Perhaps the larva you're thinking of is cuterebra (nasty little things). But you'd be able to see a pore (breathing hole) in the lump. Do not attempt to squeeze it out. It needs to be removed by someone who knows how to do that without rupturing the larva. Then again, it may be some kind of cyst.

It depends what is causing the red spots. Is it mites? Is there conjunctivitis in your rabbits eyes that is causing your rabbit to scratch and thus causing self inflicted scabbing around the eyes? It really would be best to have your vet decide.
