workout

Avatar n tn I just YouTube prenatal cardio routines. I danced and did pilates before getting pregnant, now I just do light versions of my same exercises. I'm 34 weeks and just tried a pool exercise sequence that felt amazing. I would recommend it to anyone especially since it's easier on the joints.
Avatar f tn Rowing machines are a little harder to find. I know an elliptical will be good for cardio but will it also help build muscle? It seems a rowing machine would do both and be a better workout because of that but I'm afraid a rowing machine would be harder to use with the "rhythm" it seems you need to learn in order to use them properly. I don't want to waste my money and I seriously need to lose weight.

Avatar f tn In my own experience, do workout. Before pregnancy I would do yoga every day, plus dancing and some random cardio as Zumba.. When I got pregnant I changed my routine for a more "pregnant - friendly" one, like walking, aqua gym... Then I just stopped all workout. Not only I felt terrible the last weeks pregnant but I also gained lot more weight and now it's just so hard to go back to being active...
Avatar f tn ) I did go down to only two days a week for about the last month, but I kept working all of my muscles and did cardio each workout. I was still working until 38 weeks and was chasing around our toddler at home, so I was starting to get extremely exhausted all the time.
Avatar f tn Okay so I can't go to the gym. I get really bad anxiety, like I'll go to walk through the door and start crying. I've always been this way. I walk an hour a day but I'm trying to get in shape and loose 10lbs for vacation in August.

Avatar f tn Heiligs14 what kind of cardio do you do. While cardio is an essential component to Any weight loss or fitness plan it's not the only component. Try this for 3-4 weeks and see if it helps. I think you'll be very pleased with your results. If you work out 6 days a week split that between intense cardio (heart rate between 70%-80% three days a week and 3 days of moderate intensity weight lifting.
Avatar f tn When I exercise I can only go for about 5 maybe 10 minutes if I have the energy. I do ALOT of cardio. Is that even doing anything for me? Will I be able to go for longer amounts of time as I keep exercising? And if I do toning exercises after cardioid will it tighten my skin up? I workout 6 times a week. I do different things in different days. I give myself one day to rest. Am I working out to fast? I do eat right. I eat small portions also.
Avatar f tn I do cardio kickboxung twice a week followed by body sculpting that involves light weights (8-10lb weights) that's on tuesday and Thursdays. Wednesdays I usually take my dogs for long walks. I'm a hair dresser so the other days I'm working and am too exhausted and sore to do anything else as of right now. Keep exercising it's good for both of you.
Avatar f tn The cyst you described is quite small. I don't think exercise will hurt you. You have been doing these routines all along without knowing about the cyst so unless you think exercise is adding to the pain, why stop, right?
4658567 tn?1364142123 Anyone to to the gym? What do you do there and how far were you when you stopped if did?
Avatar n tn I just did a fairly intense cardio workout for 30 mins, I haven't done any proper cardio in my life and smoked for 5-6 years, I stopped 2 years ago though. When I finished in the gym (After doing some Bicep and Abs workout) I felt a chest pain when I bent over, now when I breath in through my nose I can feel it too, it's also on the right side like mentioned here. Did you guys pain go away fairly quickly? It does seem to be cardio related.
Avatar f tn I need a good workout plan for me without having to visit a gym. Are there any good, trustworthy and up-to-date sites that I can save to keep going back to do these exercises over and over each day? Or would anyone have any suggestions on where to begin?
Avatar n tn I have been going to the gym about 4 times a week, doing cardio and also weight machines but still have not lost weight.
Avatar n tn I want to buy myself something do use to workout with since where I live the weather is pretty random. Problem is that I don't have a lot of money to do so.. Is buying cardio equipment from a second hand store bad? Would it be unreliable??
Avatar f tn That would usually mean how vigorous it is as far as cardio workout. Someone who is in shape can exercise vigorously, but somebody who has not been getting any real exercise will need to start out with an easier program. Somebody in between can work out at a moderate pace. Everybody should exercise a minimum of 3 days a week to make any gains at all, and it really takes at least four to see fast results.
Avatar f tn Working out is easy for me because I love how it makes me feel. Going shopping to get a cool gym outfit. Making an awesome workout playlist for my iPod. I've never been the type of person to workout with someone else, but you might feel better going to the gym if you have a friend to go with. There should also be more than one gym in your town, you might even be able to find an all woman gym, but you can go to different gyms until you find one that feels the most comfortable.
Avatar f tn abs, legs, biceps, chest, or back). So every day I'm doing machines for one area plus the cardio (jogging or eliptical). Like I said I've been disciplined and going every day, but I'm getting discouraged because I don't see my body changing.. I realize its only been a month but I am at it every single day, shouldn't I be seeing some results? My diet is healthy too, I have low blood sugar so I eat tons of protein.
Avatar f tn I was heavy lifting before I got pregnant and as soon as I knew I was pregnant I haven't do any heavy lifting. I haven't go to the gym because the gym is at my college and I'm working so I really haven't make some time to workout. I walk about 30 minutes like 3 to 4 days a week but I have been sick so I haven't really do any other workout.
773214 tn?1295135069 I don't have a video or anything, but I hit the gym 3 days a week. I just do some light cardio (making sure I am never short of breath) and mini crunches on an exercise ball, and them some light weights on machines (they aren't very heavy so that I strain, but I do lots of repetitions so that I can still feel the burn). I have been going this whole time through even my last pregnancy and I think it helps me with the symptoms.
505857 tn?1329681517 t have a lot of confidence, has anyone else found this class a good weight loss class? Will i manage some of the routines being overweight?
Avatar f tn I'm currently 17 weeks pregnant (due in June) and I used to work out with my fiance but I can not do the same work outs anymore. I've been doing a lot of research on safe routines and healthy diets to stay fit during pregnancy. Looking for gym buddys! I go to LA fitness but I also have equipment at home. It would be fun to have some group sessions. I currently work out 5 times per week and my schedule is pretty flexible.
