For veggies, I eat chopped Jhicima, steamed broccoli with some salt, carrots and light ranch,
sugar snap peas, or celery with hummus. Now, for me personally, I have to limit the amount of sugars, cholesterol and carbs I eat, but it might be different for you. This means cutting back on fruits, but ones that I do eat are apples with almond butter, tangerines, grapefruit, and the occasional handful of pomegranate seeds.
