Hi Janet, you need to maintain a calorie controlled diet, eat high protein (eggs,chicken,fish,meat) and low
carbohydrates (potatoes,white rice,chips,cakes and sugars etc) eat plenty of fruit and veg and drink lots of water. Also green tea is a natural fat burner
Ensure you eat regular throughout the day and DO NOT skip meals. Lay off the sugar based food and conduct at least 30 minutes of exercise 3 to 5 times a week.
