Id say just make sure you watch carbs.its amazing how many carbs are in everything even things i thought were healthy for you like raisin bran and bananas.

These include most vegetables, fish, seeds, nuts, whole grains, etc. You don't have to "love" fish to follow the Mediterranean diet. It does allow lean meat, chicken, etc in limited quantities.

For snack time you do not want to exceed over 30 grams of carbohydrates. Stay away from cereal, milk, and fruit in the morning. Eat lots of veggies and proteins. No juice, pop, sugary coffees, etc...

Avatar f tn POP is HORRIBLE for dieting. Reqular pop has over 20 grams of sugar in 1 can and just as many grams of carbohydrates! In order to loose weight you have to cut back sugar and carbs. Diet soda doesn't have sugar or carbs but it has something in it that makes your appetite increase! Just say NO to pop! You will be glad you did!
