You can google how to make healthier homemade hummus 'it's really easy to do' I was obsessed with making homemade pizzas for the longest time.. Options are endless.. It is cold n rainy where I live so I make a lot of crockpot stews n whatnot they make the day warmer.. Stir fry is also really easy to make and good with lots of combinations you can do..

Based on what you have written, I'm glad to hear that you are going to ask your doctor for a referral to an allergist. As for over the counter medications to deal with this, I wouldn't take anything because you don't know what you're allergic to. Just avoid these 2 foods for now. You also may be sensitive to additives placed in a food such as hummus.

(ie: many beers are made from wheat, barley, corn, or rice...typically high in carbohydrates. So, I gotta say....I bet if you add tehini (sesame paste) it will be even better. Plus as an "older" student...I just learned last week in my Nutrition class that adding tehini to chick peas makes them the perfect protein. Good to know for those of us whose appitites were ruined after tx instead of during.
Avatar f tn Hi from what you say it would seem that you are not eating enough for breakfast,this may keep you hungry as the day goes on, im not really sure about the calories in the food you eat it might not be enough,have you seen the food tracker you could try using that to keep an eye on the calories, sorry its not much help,
Avatar f tn They say you should heat everything throughly when pregnant. Even precooked food. Cans can get bumped around in transport and in the store and actually get microscopic cracks allowing bacteria in. It's not a likely scenario but a possible one nonetheless.

This morning I ate them and then realized I'd used the same plastic fork that was left in the container last night, alongside the food. How worried should be I be about food poisoning? Avatar f tn Pretzel thins are a good snack but only if you have one serving.. dont eat them all day also hummus is good to eat during pregnancy. You can eat veggies and hummus for a snack.. don't eat dip its not good for you. Hummus is delicious nutritious and not too bad for you. Try eating veggie burgers I love them.. I eat one for lunch everyday! Def try some of these things.. fruit vegetables spinach salad is great for you.
