Avatar f tn see avoiding junk food is good in fact very good but regarding healthy food u say u are having is a doubt.. healthy food doesn't mean cutting out fat totally and carbohydrates totally.. rather a balanced diet would be a better option than healthy food.. ur normal diet should comprise of fibres in a large amount. proteins, vitamins, carbs and a little bit of fat..try working out also coz having healthy food alone won't be of help.. keep your system hydrated drink water...

In order to watch what says "sugar free" you also need to look at how many carbs and sugar alcohol is in the food. That's a ***** loophole the manufacturers have. Do a calorie and carb counter to target what you need and meal plan. You're already exercising which is an excellent step to controlling your sugar level. Pay more attention to the car seat.

Also avoid all food high in calories and include plenty of high fiber diet. Avoid all fried food, fatty red meat, whole milk dairy products and highly processed food.
