Avatar f tn I wish it were that easy. The quick answer is eat few calories and exercise. Reduce the amount of carbs (rice, bread, potatoes), and fat (oils, fatty meats, sweets) will help reduce the calories. You can start exercsing just by walking and then build up to something else.
Avatar n tn Remeber 1 gram of carbohydrates and protein are worth 4 calories and yet 1 gram of fat is worth 9 calories. Saying this, be sure to stay away from too much fats and foods cooked with or including fats. Exercise 4-6 days a week focusing on mainly cardio and weight training to help tone your body. Take a mulitvitamin as that is always good for our health and listen to your body and do things gradually.

I will offer a few suggestions.Count the number of calories you eat normally and increase by about 500 calories. Keep at it for a few days and increase further more and you will notice weight gain. If you're losing a pound/day, most likely it will only be fluid or it will be a regimen that's actually harmful to the body and can't maintained over the long term. A grown woman should never consume less than 1200 calories/day - anything less is basically, a starvation diet. Trying to burn 3500 calories in a day is excessive.
