Avatar f tn It is best to eat lots of fruits and non-starchy green veggies, go slow on fats, eat carbohydrates in moderation and increase your protein intake (lean cuts, whites of eggs etc). Drink plenty of water and non fattening fluids such as clear soups etc. Look for hidden calories in salads and soups and avoid them (eg: cheese, butter, dressings etc). Also, you need to exercise regularly. A combination of aerobic, strength training and stretches works best.

This depends upon the organ. If this is the case, pancreas will be replaced after some time. Then why the replaced pancreas will not produce enough insulin? Since the last surgery she has developed more bumps on almost a daily bases in two weeks. What will happen if I do not get these removed, considering they are not located all over her body?? When i went in to see her she avised me that my liver function test results were high (166), she also said that my white blood cell count was high! I'm just a bit worried that something may be wrong, the tests were arranged as i have little red spots appearing all over my body, almost like little spider veins, i now have to wait to have the tests done again, does anyone know what this may mean?

(ie: many beers are made from wheat, barley, corn, or rice...typically high in carbohydrates. Wine is often made from grapes or other fruits that are then fermented to produce alcohol) In short- alcohol does have carbohydrates, but the amount of carbs varies a good bit between various types of drinks.
