Avatar f tn Okay, you have increased anxiety. Are you seeing a psychiatrist, or a regular doc? Because wellbutrin is the most stimulating antidepressant out there and is not recommended for those for whom anxiety is a problem. Doctors usually only combine an ssri with wellbutrin if you're having sexual dysfunction or weight gain if anxiety is a problem. Here's what probably happened: you had either a common reaction to antibiotics, or the antibiotics have killed off your beneficial organisms.
1266263 tn?1270153368 Hi, The best fuel for muscles is carbohydrates, either simple sugars such as naturally occurring sugars in fruits and juices or complex carbohydrates the starches in whole grain products, rice, cereal, oatmeal and other plant foods. These carbohydrates provide not only energy but also important vitamins and minerals. You store only carbohydrates not protein or fats in your muscles in the form of sugar called glycogen. During hard exercise, you burn this glycogen for energy.

Avatar f tn I read that carbohydrates are the main source of energy, so it is important to eat some amount of carbohydrates daily so the body is able to function. There are different types of carbohydrates. For example breads, pasta, potatoes and rice and then there are vegetables and fruits. Can I obtain my carbohydrate intake just by eating (vegetables and fruits), or is it important that I also eat (breads, pasta, potatoes and rice in small quantities)?.
Avatar f tn Well since I don't know your medical history. It would be hard for me to recommend you a diet sufficient enough to supply your body the nutrients it needs to function. But if Its was me, I would write down a reasonable weight goal. Cut back on carbohydrates, fast food, and exercise more to obtain my goal. The key to a healthy diet is to never overwhelm yourself with extremes because there only destine to fail.

Avatar f tn I was at my local wellness store and the clerk suggested Omega 7 supplements for vagina health. I've been struggling with persistent bacterial vaginosis for over 6 months and have been advised by my GYN to go on estrogen suppositories, which I really don't want to do.
