You will still end up eating carbohydrates trough vegetables and fruit, but not trough bread, pasta etc. But those that are
in the fruit and vegetables are complex
carbohydrates, which are good. Try having 5 small meals per day, set apart 2.5hours / 3hours. Also, whenever you feel like you want a snack, eat some fruit instead of junk food.
Also, don't forget, an hour or more per day of cardio and heavy weight lifting will help you burn fat faster, resulting in you losing weight.
