Avatar f tn Yes, look out for what you consume, any carbohydrate rich foods is very fattening, this includes but it not limited to: sugars, chocolate, bread (dark or white), pasta, rice, potatoes, fries, most sauces, carrots, broccoli, most fruits (avocado is ok though), all yogurts and other dairy products that have sugars added.
