Once I was done, I would have to sleep from exhaustion from the attack. *Now at 24, it is a little different. i feel pain EVERY day to different extents.

If increasing calories works for you, just make sure you are getting healthy foods and only healthy fats. You could add foods like avocados and more nuts, for instance, or more fatty fish. Remember the importance of fiber. Read up on how healthy kale and brussel sprouts are. Do what works for you, but keep the food healthy, not wasted calories.
Avatar f tn I control it with diabetic diet. Eating slowly absorbed carbohydrate only in the morning, 25 g. Then 20 g az 10:00 am, half slowly, half quickly absorbed. For lunch 50 g, half-half. Az 3 pm 20 g, this can be only quick. At 5 pm I should eat dinner, 40 g carbohydrate, one third quick, the rest slow. And at 9 pm I eat 20 g slow only for the night.

I changed over to high fat foods for breakfast, such as buttered toast, eggs, cheese, etc. I am 9 weeks post tx and UND so I guess the cereal didn't hurt but to be on the safe side switch your breakfast to more fatty foods.
