You may be allergic to the constituents of red wine like sulfites. In my opinion, you should consult an allergist and get allergy testing done for the different constituents of red wine. Diagnosis of allergy can be done by skin ***** tests and patch tests.

Avatar f tn I have been formally diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and possible Carbohydrate Intolerance. My issue is when I eat a load of carbs, it hits up to 3 days later and I can't hardly get out of bed and am weak most of the day. Everything I read about Carb Intolerance says that fatigue usually hits within the first few hours. Has anyone else experienced this? Carb crash, a day or days after the carbs are eaten?

In SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener Packets, sucralose is combined with maltodextrin and dextrose. These ingredients contribute 1 gram of carbohydrate and four calories per packet.

Avatar m tn Hello, before the availability of insulin patients with type 1 were treated with a no carbohydrate diet (ie their diet was mainly fat, and just a little protein). they were usually able to survive a few months on this diet. If a person is really type 1 (ie. their pancreas doesn't produce any insulin) they need injectable insulin to survive and be healthy. THere are cheaper insulins available (NPH N and R) which can still work well, if cost is an issue.
