carbohydrate count ranch dressing

So I just heard I can't eat Ranch dressing. I'm 33wks and I've been eating ranch dressing the entire pregnancy. Has anyone else heard this?

Haha So I want to make it at home, but is it okay to put mayo or Buttermilk ranch or any kind of Ranch dressing to the sandwich? Thank you Ladies.

Is it ok to eat ranch dressing one time I hear no and another time I hear its fine to eat I always forget to ask the doctor but have been wanting to eat it with pizza the craving is driving me nuts lol!

So I was munching this afternoon on what I thought was a brilliant new snack but everyone else was disgussed and didnt like it when thet tried it lol Fritos dipped in Ranch Dressing lol. Is this a pregnacy craving? Does anyone else think this snack is as fantastic as I do?

I am not a huge ranch fan whatsoever.. And this particular dressing didn't have that mayonaise-ranch-ewwww taste.. It has a nice spicy (not too much) aftertaste and is really delicious.

This is my first pregnancy Nd I haven't experienced any wierd cravings. I've craved food I don't like normally.. Like ranch dressing I hate it but I've recently been wanting pizza with ranch Nd fries with ranch.

Ranch dressing is also a good dipping sauce for french fries, although it is fattening. LOL !

I love raw broccoli with ranch dressing but not sure if it's safe to eat? Normally how I prep it is, I soke it in very hot water, rinse it with hot water then warm water. Then I pour my ranch dressing on top.

And a few days ago it was cupcakes and garlic bread. I feel so ashamed...Lol It all started last week when I ate salad with ranch, a poptart (on the same plate), and a glass of orange juice for dinner. Anyone else eating weird food combinations??

I know cravings are hardly an indication of gender lol but all I've been craving is hot and spicy. Buffalo sauce and ranch dressing on everything. It's all I have wanted for weeks! Does anyone think maybe that means a boy this time around? I couldn't stand to be around ranch or tolerate anything hot/spicy when I was pregnant with my daughter and so far haven't experienced any morning sickness! Any thoughts?

Also I told him all meat was chicken and allowed him to basically drown it in ranch dressing to cover the taste. With in about 9 months he found out he liked mashed potatoes, corn, broccoli, green beans, and all meats. I even gave him baked salmon and told him it was pink chicken & served it with ranch dressing on the side for him to dip and he ate it w/out question!

All kinds of fruits yum. Or bagels with different spreads. And cereals , i look for ones fortified with vitamins. And to add sum healthy fat i go for lean red meats. Like really thin steaks with veggies on the side.

All I want to eat now is Vlasic Whole Dill pickles with Great Value Ranch dressing!! Lol....oh and peanut butter and jelly sandwich with a little salt sprinkled on top!! My mouth is watering now!!!

Yes you need to cut back on certain foods but find ways to substitute, experiment! For example instead of ranch dressing or dip I use fage fat free yogurt and a powder pack of ranch dip mix. Of course it taste a little different but you get use to it cause its close to the real thing. And it's only 130 for a cup vs the 130 for 2 tablespoons of the real ranch dip and dressing. Little things like that and baby steps.
