I´m beginning my kinda of diet today, actually I´m trying to get back to the diet I was doing last year, with very low
carbohydrate (almost no bread, no rice and no pasta, wich is very difficult) lots
of fruits and cereals. Also eating one grapefruit per day, plus grapefruit juice and some blueberries. I´m trying not to eat a lot of meat too, because of the saturated fat. But sometimes I dream about prosciutto crudo, gelatto and beer.
