Even when I eat some things that I am allergic to, I no longer get a severe reaction. My head feels so much clearer and my memory and energy level has improved. Avatar f tn His A1c has steadily been climbing. Since he eats cafeteria food, his ability to correctly guess the carb. count has been challenging. How can we be encouraging and supportive while we are very frustrated and angry at his seeming lack of interest in maintaining good health! We just want to nag and scream at him which we know will not work at all. He also suffers from depression and social anxiety for which he receives on-going treatment through counseling and medication.

I have a lot of responsibilities and haven't been able to maintain a diet stable enough to gain weight (I can't gain weight off of unhealthy junk food for example. And I can't eat 3 large meals a day or it will disrupt my digestive system- I have to multiple medium sized meals each day for my digestive to function properly). Any advice on weight gain?

High amounts of carbohydrate foods at one meal tend to get people tried due to the increase/drop of the sugar levels in the blood. Maybe look at periods of stress in your job due to certain timetables, such as an accountant very busy at the beginning of a year due to income tax time, etc. Our bodies get fatigued from high amounts of stress.

Avatar f tn It seems like the sinus condition always involves gastrointestinal bloating, belching, gas, and pain in right kidney. If I eat any carbohydrate to try and fill up, I take complex digestive enzymes which helps somewhat, but I still get inflammation and pain on right side of my body from head to kidney area. Is it a lymphatic system problem? Fungus? Bacteria? If I have sinus trouble, I have digestive misery.
