You do need to understand about binders such as xanthan gum and guar gum that need to be used to make gluten free bread and pastry items work. I wasn't able to use the quinoa pasta, though, because I am also very intolerant to corn. I have yet to find a quinoa pasta that isn't bound with corn. But, it is definitely a wonderful resource for people who can tolerate corn. I found the same thing to be true of the pretzels I found.

Avatar f tn I am 29 years old Male.I am suffering from gum bleeding since 3.5 years.Medicine doctor order me three times CBC test and always normal all parameters.Platelete were 239000 to 250000 in three test.I got amoxicillin capsule and gum bleeding gone away after one month again bleed gum.Tjen I have recently visited a dentist and he diagonsed moderate gingivities and given some atibiotics and gone away again.after 20 days gum bleed again and visited dentist again.

Avatar n tn Plus, remember that you are adding a 1/2 c. or more of milk to that cereal and you need to add in the carb count for the milk. If you add fruit, once again you need to figure out the carbs and remember that a portion would be 1/2 of a banana or 1/4 c. of berries. The way most people eat their cereal, they are easily consuming over 100 gms. of carbs in one bowl!!!! The most you should have per meal is 45-60 gms. The low end is for women and the high end number is for men.
