This is the third time you've posted the same question over a period of a couple weeks. Yes, you can start the Zoloft. The St. John's Wort is well out of your system, and it was never a big problem to begin with. I think the real problem here is you're undecided about whether to take medication, and boy can I identify with you there, but if you've exhausted other things and your life is unliveable you gotta do what you gotta do.

I know this is super late! but no, zoloft will not kill you. — You can overdose. Overdosing on zoloft is a living hell, & when I say hell I mean pain, pain, pain & more fricking pain!

Ok, for a start a panic attack will NOT kill you i PROMISE you that. It feels like you will die but trust me you will not. In a panic attack your body is acutally just protecting you from your percieved danger... your body is prepared to either fight or run for your life.

I don't think it can cause THAT much damage to the baby but I would consider yoga....You need to do something to get better with your panic attacks.. I know you already know that but I don't think it can KILL the baby..

I thought that buproprion would help me keep my sex drive but, the Zoloft has already started to kill it. I also feel very weird. I feel kind of anxious and like I'm falling back into a very depressed state. When I take the buproprion by it self I usually feel very anxious but, when I take it with other SSRIs I feel more balanced. Like when I took it with Paxill. Has anyone out there had any problems with Zoloft as far as anxiety issues?

If the panic gets totally out of control, your doctor can give you an anti-anxiety medication to help with things until the Zoloft reaches its full effect.

No honey, it wont kill you and what doesn't kill you makes you stronger. If you haven't done so already, take one zoloft and call the prescribing doctor to make an appt. If he is out of the picture, find a new one asap. You will need to be honest about the methadone.

I can tell you first hand that when I was put on Zoloft, I went from about 100 PVCs a day to about 30,000 a day. This was not caused by anxiety but directly related to zoloft. As I decressed the drug, the PVC's returned to the normal 100 daily for me. Seems for me that many drugs cause the PVC's to increase. s going on -- is the heart problem and the head pain new to when you went down on the Zoloft dosage? Is that what you're saying? If it is, you just might need to do this more slowly.

my dr has always told me to ween myself off the meds b4 starting a new one, i went thru 3 different meds before finding one that worked for my anxiety issues, bc for anxiety they use anti-depressants. if you are not sure of taking zoloft, see if he can ween you off of it and put you on another medicine safe to take while pregnant.

Trust me it will get better you just have to ride it out and i know its easier said than done. But once you get through it you will become a stronger person. What dosent kill you makes you stronger. My doctor has prescribed 90mg Cymbalta and 300mg wellbutrin for depression. I read the medical information sheet that came with the medication and it stated that SSRIs and SNRIs should not be taken with other SSRIs or SNRIs as this could cause Seratonin Syndrome. If you have got thru this much thank you very much. My real question is do you think I should take another one today (my Dr is closed today) or not take one and speak to her on Monday. She wanted me to try this drug, before the next step of a psychiatrist. Will the side effects get better with the next? Thank you.
