I think you might have this a little backwards. With hashimotos your always under attack meaning your body attacks your thyroid gland. Not the medicine you are taking. You are going to be under attack until you become stable and can start healing. Its fun isnt' it?? You can't go alone by the tsh level with hashi's because your levels always jump around. I too have done Phentermine (it is banned in canada now) and lost weight. You cannot be on it forever and your advice is bang on!! You do have to get up and move to burn calories. The food tracker in here is awesome!! It really makes you look where your food calories are coming from.

You are going to cause yourself to have heart problems do to the excessive amount of caffeine. Its bad enough that you run the risk of heart problems with Phentermine but adding energy drinks to that just adds to the risk. I took Phentermine for a while. Hello! Hoping someone can help me with some advice...I am hypo with 2 lesions shown on scan, one fluid filled cyst, one calcified. I had a Ross procedure heart valve repair in 01, which means because I used my own pulmonary and a donor valve, I have to take no medications for this, like coumadin. Everything is fine from that standpoint. However, all this cropped up with my Thyroid 6 months ago, with the calcified nodule just being found last week.

Absolutely, you can take Armour! I would not run so fast to get my thyroids yanked out the trouble's that come afterwards is why I am part of different boads.
