I don't know about problems with Zyrtec; however, you mention that your child has food allergies. Celiac is an autoimmune disease caused by the body's reaction to gluten in food. Celiac can cause short stature in a child when it is undiagnosed and gluten continues to be consumed. It can cause many other health issues if let go. You might want to have your child checked for this.

My have had terrible allergy symptoms so dr told me that zyrtec, Claritan and bendryl are safe during pregnancy. I took Zyrtec during the day yesterday with no relief by bedtime so I took a Benadryl to hopefully get some sleep at night because my symptoms were still terrible!
Didn't realize this might not be ok to mix- anyone have any idea if mixing them once is ok?? Now I'm really nervous I did something wrong even though they're both safe.
Augmentin and Zocor have been known to be potentially hepatotoxic. Tylenol is safe, if it is taken as directed (less than 4,000 mg/daily). I imagine that those 3 drugs taken together can increase the potential for damage to the liver.
Have you talked with your doctor about possibly substituting another lipid lowering drug...and getting off the Zocor? Are you still taking Augmentin?
Remember to be careful about your tylenol intake...

when i got sick about 3 weeks ago i thought they where my fall allergeries where acting up but that was not the case i begin blowing out caylora cayon clored green snot and my left burst with infection with that and then i went in my doc and got antibiotics for 10 days and pain meds too. i know iam all better and i feel wonderfull.
Hi, repetitive sneezing and nasal congestion with a post nasal drip and cough could be due to vasomotor rhinitis, in which the symptoms occur in response to a trigger, like eating spicy food or going outside in the cold. The primary treatment is simply avoiding the things that trigger your symptoms. It is often treated with a drying nasal spray (like Atrovent) and antihistamines like chlorpheniramine and loratadine are effective. Nasal decongestant drops too relieve congestion.

I really dislike getting sick on the weekend because I can't call the DR. Can I safely take nyquil? There is liver warning on back but that's also on tylenol. Hoping to get some help with sleeping and fight this cold. Liver stage 1-2 and not yet on triple treatment. I haven't taken any meds at all today, if that matters. Thanks everyone!
