Is there a safe hydro w/ less tylenol or something similarly effective that I can
take on a daily basis (in morning is when pain is worse), can
deal with once or twice a day; some days maybe none at all. But, catch 22, have to get in shape, pain prevents me from doing too much walking/exercising. Need something to mask pain so I can get exercise. I have changed diet, I juice carrot, cabbage, spinach, celery, & apple every day and cut the **** foods. Help me!
