I would be careful taking Advil PM as it has an antihistamine in it and might make RLS worse. I mistakenly took Nyquil with an antihistamine in it and had the shakes real bad. So be cautious..

Allergies maybe. Take some Zyrtec or Benydryll, or Nyquil before you go to bed. If it is allergies, it will get better within two days.

m not a pharmacist, but I do take Nyquil when I have a cold/flu to help relieve symptoms; however, I do not take it in close proximity to my thyroid medication i.e I leave several hours between the 2. That said - if you have a severe cold/flu you should check with your doctor, in case you have a bacterial infection for which antibiotics would be warranted.
