Many, many health problems actually originate in the Gastrointestinal tract (you can look that concept up on-line) - be it decreased stomach acids, decreased enzymes to break up the food, leaving
the food to ferment
in the gut, leaky gut syndrome, etc. It would
take a long note to get into all the possibilities. And if the diet helps (or some other food alteration helps) always keep inhalers on hand just in case.
