As your son has been given Cefdinir which is a Cephalosporin (Third Generation) and can cause such allergic reaction (cross reactivity). I would be careful taking Advil PM as it has an antihistamine in it and might make RLS worse. I mistakenly took Nyquil with an antihistamine in it and had the shakes real bad. So be cautious..

I took a 10 panel std test prior to the test I was taking Cefdinir although I stopped taking it 5 days before testing would the cefdinir affect the results which were negative.

You can Take benadryl and unisom. Unisom taken with vitamin b12 they actually prescribe to help with morning sickness.

I took Maximum Milk Thistle for long time before I started treatement with transactions, Maximum Milk Thistle is excellent in my experience, your wife may feel beter with that and it also may slow down the progresion of the desease. But don't take milk thistle while on Tx because it may reduce the impact of the medicine. Since she is pregnant I would also ask a liver doctor, just to be more careful.

I started with my son at 10 1/2 months. I just gave him 2oz a day for the first week and as long as he didn't have any reactions, I went up to 4oz and by a year he was drinking it like a pro. He was breastfed, so I was trying to wean him when I found out I was pregnant.
