I'd go see your GI and see if they can do an upper endoscopy on you. I'm going in on the 3rd to for one to see if I have GERD or a peptic ulcer. Drink a lot of water and a very bland diet (toast with peanut butter).
Hi,,,,,gerd and a hiatal hernia can cause some of the issues u mentioned, but u should see ur dr and let him do testing to rule out if ur heart is a problem.
U do not need to have heart burn to have reflux .......

Well, anxiety can cause a variety of symptoms, and they are different for everyone. My guess would be that you do have some sort of physical pain, but the anxiety could be causing you to be oversensitized to it.
You have been to a Urologist, which is a good thing, and while you have been tested for infections, have they ever done an ultrasound, or CT Scan? Or MRI? If not, I would suggest that you ask for some more definitive testing, to see if there is something that they missed.

I took some for the same reason. The only side effects I had was upset stomach and cramps. But that's just me.. Everyone has different side effects.
