I had IV antibiotics about a yr & a half ago for kidney infection, I was allergic to it but I can't remember the name. These ones are called nitrofurantion. The only reason I knew I was sick was because the backache near my kidneys.

the material under your foreskin was not a sign of STI. I agree witht he GUM specialist, you are worrying more than you need to.
I would suggest going back to your doctor and discuss your worries with him in full,it could be you have a viral infection that needs some meds to clear properly,that said unprotected sex always runs he risk of contracting an STD ..... Go back to your doctor and also your local GUM Clinic to be tested that is the only way you can rule out an STD.

I've had a problem with an abcessed lower molar for over a year. I have a fear of dentists so I just kept taking antibiotics and have avoided going to the drs. Last week I had a huge white puss bubble on the side of my gum. I pushed on it and it felt like it popped. Since then I have the worst chills, then sweats,I'm dizzy,nauseas,my neck hurts to where I cant turn my head,i'm weak and I have yet to sleep more then 4 hours a night.

Sounds like a tooth abcess, I had one of this this spring. Got a bump on the gum above the tooth. It can make the tooth hurt, but it doesn't have to. You need to go see a dentist, not good to have infections in the teeth.
You need antibiotics and then a root canal with a crown. Very expensive, but the only chance to save the tooth.
Its like she loses all reason and the ability to make a correct choice when it comes to gum and things in her mouth. I tried letting her have gum every now and then as a reward for good choices and days at schools....but it does not dissuade her with chewing other things. Room temperature sprite or 7 up, Starlight mints(just in case you don't know, the red and white circle mints.) One bad thing with the mints is that they leave a bad taste in ur mouth, but they do temporarily help with nausea. Keeping your teeth brushed,tums (make sure you don't take more than 4 a day, it'll make you constipated.), saltine crackers. Also, if you talk to your OB he or she may be able to give you zofran, which works wonders!
Usually tooth infection takes a very long time and has to spread to neighboring gum area to spread to blood vessels and cause infection. However this can be painful, can cause exposed roots and cause persistent infection. Hence consult a dentist immediately.
