If we buy a computer it will go to India. If we purchase fruit and vegetables it will go to Mexico, Honduras and Guatemala. If we purchase a good car it will go to Germany. If we purchase useless **** it will go to Taiwan and none of it will help the American economy.
1530342 tn?1405016490 A year ago Njoku, a construction worker, had just purchased his first home and qualified for a federal rebate for first-time home buyers on his tax return. He says he requested to have the rebate deposited directly into his Chase bank account in Auburn, Wash., but when the IRS rebate arrived, he found out that Chase had closed his account because of overdrawn checks. The bank deducted $600 to cover what he owed and mailed Njoku a cashier's check of $8,463.21 to make up the difference.
9121436 tn?1407979502 t qualified for the $80 rebate I have waited 6 weeks for. Then I spent 2 hours to finally figure it out and actually lost it on a worker at the company because I was 4 days past due on my payments and he kept bugging me to pay even though I made it clear I would call back I just need the rebate number. They fixed it but I had to drive an hours to sign a paper to get it. Then I went into the bathroom and the people upstairs moved out but forgot to mention their toilet was leaking.
Avatar f tn overweight and have type 2 diabetes. I take metformin, janumet, caduet and until yesterday diovan. During a stress test yesterday my systolic bp rose to 260 in a very short time (diastolic was elevated but not so greatly). When my BP has been taken several times throughout the year at rest it has been 120/80 (ish). I am not very active but do walk 1-1/2 miles a day at a moderate rate. The cardiologist took me off of diovan and told me to begin 100 mg toprolol (sp?) immediately.
Avatar f tn Peel Health Campus tell me that medicare offers no assistance / rebate for ultrasounds & I will be out of pocket $190.00 I am seriously extremely confused to say the least especially as friends & family who have just had ultrasounds / babies have been bulk-billed for all ultrasounds or had a $70-$90 check paid to who done their ultrasound by medicare.

Avatar n tn His doctor has ruled out any reaction to Caduet and Micartis HCT which he takes daily. Tests also rule out arthritis, but his primary physician is sending him to an arthritis specialist, saying he has done everything he knows to do and the specialist will know what to do next. He says he doesn't think he has Fibromyalgia in spite of most of the symptoms being the same as my husband's.

Avatar f tn On a side note I too, have acid reflux and take aciphex. I had it before treatment though. Aciphex is pricey but the manufacturer has a rebate that keeps it down to about $25.00 a month. I sometimes feel like stuff is trying to sit in my throat and some foods are worse than others. I have a big deal with bran cereal now that I didn't have before treatment but I honestly am ok with that. Being free of hep c is awesome.
