where did you buy the letrozole, my gynae prescribed it but I cant find it anywhere at the chemists.

I had my 1st appt with an RE today. He wants to do a superovulation / IUI with Letrozole. I am to take 2 - 2.5mg tablets days 3 - 7. After reading up on this, it is the same thing as Femara right? Has anyone taken this med and does it actually work alone? My other ? is, he said that we can try this for 3 - 4 cycles, but after that we have to think about IVF?? The only things that I have tried in the past are 4 cycles of clomid and 1 IUI. Why would he skip injectables??

I came over an online drugstore that offered to sell Letrozole with brandname Letroz / Letoval Tablets . I thought its exclusively sold by Novartis. Sun Pharma is selling it for only $114.40, which is cheaper than the brand novartis is selling(femara). i was told by my doctor i am anovulatory which made me depressed and i was on letrozole for 6 months but dint work..this is the first month i am given letrozole plus FSH injections and this made me produce one dear follicle which was 19mm and was given trigger shot 12 days ago.I took a pregnancy test 9 days after trigger shot which came out negative which confirmed trigger shot was out of my system...but still sore nipples...when should i take the next pregnancy test to see the confirmed result.

My fertility doctor has now prescribed several hormone supplements. I need to take Letrozole (to help ovulation), Premarin (=estrogen to help build up uterin lining) and duphaston. I was wondering if it is safe to combine this treatment with herbal supplements. I was thinking Evening Primrose Oil (period - ovulation), Flax Seed Oil (ovulation - period) and raspberry leaf tablets (all cycle). Does anyone know whether this is ok?
