Ooh, these a all great tips. My skin is breaking out like never before with this pregnancy...ugh.

I have to exfoliate mine with sugar scrub made specifically for lips. I like to use Burt's Bees afterwards.

I have incredibly sensitive skin. nearly ever sunscreen I have ever tried has caused a fine, itchy rash that makes my skin feel tight. It takes 3-5 days of using the product for the rash to appear. Upon stopping the sunscreen, it takes about 2 weeks for the rash to go away. There are very few sunscreens that my face seems to tolerate. They are the "natural" sunscreens (Origins and Burt's Bees, JASON). However, I am indian and they make me look sickly, grey.

Don't use salicylic acid. Go for something more natural, or just use plain bar soap.

Try not to use face washes and such, it'll only dry your face out. I've never used this before but my grandma told me to use cumin powder and water mixed into a paste. Put it on your face and allow to dry then wash off. My grandma's skin in absolutely flawless. She used it back when she was young. It's also natural, I know there are certain products we can't use for acne while pregnant. I however use regular soap, Dove or Olay because they keep my skin hydrated.

My lips are Soooo dry this pregnancy. I do a lip scrub equal parts sugar and coconut oil (or olive oil) and scrub for 6 minutes Or so gently. Then I put a little more oil/ a thin layer on as chap stick after I wash off the scrub then I use Burt's bees chap stick throughout the day. It's helped Soooo much. I do it once a week or every 3 days depending how dry/cracked/peeling they are.

Hi - I'm currently experiencing some trouble with my skin that I've had once about a year ago as well. I have mild to moderate acne on my face. I do get nodular/cystic acne, mostly along the jawline, around my ears. Occasionally I get it on my forehead or chin area. Generally I just use an acne cleanser usually twice per day and deal with it. Well a month or so ago my skin started breaking out a little more than normal. I had made no change to any skin care or makeup or anything.

The citrus is a great toner, the sugar is an awesome natural scrub and the oil replaces what you scrub off.. i only use it every other day though bc too much scrubbing will scrub away the fresh skin youve just scrubbed the dead skin off of. I hope this helps you ladies as much as its helped me!

Re-reading my comments, I realize that it looked like Burt's Bees products were the ones I was avoiding! Actually, I highly recommend Burt's Bees. I have fine hair and must shampoo every day. That said, I use Burt's Bees Very Volumizing shampoo (and conditioner) -- Pomegranate and Soy. I transitioned from a "do" that required lots of product and fussing to a simple bob and looks professional and is "hot flash friendly." For me, less is more. Good luck!!

But I have had them for a few years now, Sometimes some go away, and I wash really, really good. Sometimes I use like acne cream on that area too, hoping for some results. Please anyone have any other methods, advice, solutions, anything to help me with this embarassing problem.

I really like burt's bees belly butter, and it's not as pricey as the spoiled mama. I did not use palmers because all the women I knew that used it still got stretch marks, so I figured I'd go with something different.

I use the Burt's bees sensitive skin wash. It's so yummy. The mask I have been using is at Walmart and comes in the single use packs. It smells like kiwi :) (I know sad that I get excited by the fact that it smells like kiwi Lol! But I have been so sensitive to smells here lately.) As to sounding silly. Nope. I'm right with you. It's like: my back hurts, my ribs hurt, nausea is making a reappearance, I'm miserable already. Why does my skin have to drive me up a wall too?

I still use the Johnson and Johnson two-in-one (shampoo and wash). I've never tried Aveeno so not sure about that stuff! I say less is better, too. There's so much out there that you think you'll need and then you end up not ever using it. I still have stuff from my first daughter's baby shower. You do not need baby oil or baby powder, for instance. Another thing you may want to try that is NOT drying is BURT'S BEES shampoo & wash (it's also a two-in-one).

I only have a little bit of acne on my chin and im having a little girl.

So I bought and used a salicylic acid face scrub and astringent by burts bees. I used it two days and third had horrible burn rash on my face. I used neosporin on it and it got worse. I stopped everything. just rinsed with water warm compresses and fresh aloe from my aloe plant. It seems to be working less red took down inflamation but now its dry and itchy and feel like i need moisterizer and fash wash. but I donot want to irritate it.

Hi. I have been experiencing this red rash above my upper lip (looks like a moustache). I have had it now for roughly 2 months with no sign of it going away any time soon. Prior to having it these two months I did have this rash once or twice before, I believe it was earlier this year or late last, but it lasted a much shorter length of time. It kind of looks like I just had my upper lip waxed. It is itchy and sometimes feels like a prickly feeling. It does not appear to be chapped.

Hi Vanessa, Thank you so much for your advice, I am using " Burt's Bees Hand Soap Citrus & Ginger Root " to clean my whole body and nowadys my penis gets sweaty as usual but white liquid does not stick over it and I am not feeling itching too. Red Dots are not that dark now but they are vanishing it completely, please help me in removing those too (suggest any cream).

I have. The doctor told me to get a hydrocortisone cream. But I ended up juat using Burt's Bees Almond Milk Beeswax Hand Cream. Its super moisturizing and I haven't had an issue since.

Recently my lips have been dry and a little flaky. I have small lesions at the corners of my mouth. They feel dry like no moisture is being retained by them. Especially in the morning, my lips are very dry. I've been drinking enough water as i wrongly suspected that was the problem. I've been using Burt's Bees and Blistex in the past; the other flavored chap sticks irritate my lips.

I got Mama Bee at buy buy Baby, but it's made by Burt's Bees, so it should be fairly easy to find anywhere.
