Avatar f tn My husband has been taking Bupropion HSL SR 150mg for a few months and it doesn't seem to be working as well as the Bupropion XL 150mg he was taking for a few years before he was switched because, the pharmacy said, they could not get the Bupropion XL 150mg at that time. My husband has dementia. He takes the Bupropion in the morning along with his Aricept and Exforge (for blood pressure). He gets drowsy right after taking his pills and I think it may be the Bupropion HSL SR causing this.
Avatar f tn I'm currently on 300 bupropion, along with topamax 100 and still have had no weight losse. I just started the 300 bupropion after being on 150 last week and have already had crying spells but this was the week of my period so I was thinking I just could be "emotional". Before I was on Zoloft 25-150 bupropion but I ate to much on it, I'm hoping for weight loss but every antidepressant I take makes me eat what to do I do??

5371853 tn?1367025372 At the age of 30, after a dramatic weight loss due to a vertical sleeve gastrectomy (50 lbs!) I started to experience SEVERE depression and anxiety for the first time in my lifea year ago. No history of emotional problems, nor is my life troubled. It's actually quite stable. I have spent this year exploring every medical possibility: B12, thyroid, neuro issues, heart issues, thiamine, and more. I broke down and started bupropion 8 weeks ago, I am up to 300XL and have been for 6 weeks.
Avatar f tn i just got sucribed this and its this known to gain weight or loss weight?
Avatar n tn I've been taking Bupropion(generic) for 3 months. I've tried 300mg-XL, 2x150mg-SR, and both times (though I'd take the morning dose at 6AM) had a hard time falling asleep at night, tossing around in bed an hour or so. I normally don't have a sleeping problem. So, I now take only one 150mg-SR around 7AM and no afternoon dose. I can fall asleep fine now, but my energy runs out in the late afternoon ...
Avatar f tn I guess my fiance says I have memory loss since I was pregnant. Our daughter is a month now and I guess he says I see and hear things differently then how they happen or do things I don't know I did. He said it has been since I was pregnant not before. Has this happened to anyone?

562833 tn?1233756109 Does anyone or has anyone experienced memory loss over pain killers. I feel I am losing my mind half the time. I can't remember what I was about to do, or what I need to do. And where I put stuff, I am really starting to worry about this, along with all the other things, I am worried about. maybe this is just part of my OCD. I tend to worry about everything and keep stressing about it.
Avatar m tn re in an alcohol/substance related group - memory loss can be associated with drinking. It can be associated with many other things, too - from different medications, mental or cognitive health conditions, and even sometimes stress. I think it is very important that you speak to a doctor who can survey your health & lifestyle profile to work with what is known - and other factors that may not be known.

Avatar m tn I have had sleep apnea for many years and recently I have been experiencing short periods of memory loss . I will be doing something then I will forget what I was doing or where I am . It only lasts for 5 to 15 seconds then I am back to normal and I remember what I was doing and where I am. I am able to function during these episodes . It seems to happen when I am relaxed as apposed to when I am concentrating on something. Any idea as to what is happening ?
