OK, I have kissed and performed oral sex on about 3 women in the past 2 months. I now have a bunch of small bumps on my lingual frenulum (the part under my tongue where the spit glands are). i have had tiny painless flesh colored bumps under my tongue for as long as i can remember. i was wondering what they were or if they were even normal so ive been searching online and i havent found anything but oral cancer and hpv. does everyone have these bumps or is there something wrong with me?

Five days later the underside of my tongue became red and sore when I moved my tongue around in my mouth. My throat was kind of red but not really sore, just kind of scratchy feeling. After about 4 or 5 days the redness under my tongue went away and the soreness also went away. About 3 weeks after being with my friend, my anus became kind of itchy, mainly when I was hot or did any sweating. There was never any pain involved with my anus, just a little bit itchy.
I think the bumps on your tongue are called Transient lingual papillitis. They're those tiny things that go away on their own and can be caused by too much salt intake. I often get them on the under side of my tongue. I have a bump very similar to that on the roof of my mouth in the back.
I just ate garlic bread, so I'm wondering if these bumps can also occur on the roof of your mouth? I mean I literally just noticed it.
