Bumps under tongue sores

Common Questions and Answers about Bumps under tongue sores

bump

I thought that was strange and then within the last couple of days more flesh colored bumps appeared under my tongue. (I'm not sure how to describe the area right.. Not ON the tongue but in the area under it behind the teeth and gums). Only one small area feels sore and the others don't. There were like one or two that appeared a little white. I have no idea what these bumps could be or what I should do. I have never had anything like these before and it scares me a little.
Does any one else have sores on their tongue, well there not big sores but little bumps. I burns and stings to eat most foods. I can't find anything on it. I have been pouring hydrogen perxoide over my tongue the last couple of nights, it doesn' seem to do much good.

My mother is having a similar issue. I too think your "bumps" might be "Tori." I found a great website that was extremely informative. It is www.doctorspiller.com look under "sores, lumps & bumps." You might not have found info under Tori because the med name is: Torus Mandibularis. Hope this helps...until I found this website, I was a bit freaked out when my mother asked me to look into her mouth!
And my penis does not look as though it has warts so I have ruled that out, I am just not 100% sure about herpes. The ‘bumps’ have never turned into sores and opened up or anything and does not really resemble images I searched through google.com under the search “herpes pictures”. They are not bright red and mainly are not painful.
-White tongue -Bumps in the tongue (front part) I have been diagnosed with oral thrush :( Have you had an oral swab to confirm if you have oral thrush or not?
Now my fevers gone and I figured it wasn't my wisdom tooth. My gums are swollen any tongue is extremely white and has soreful bumps on it and canker sores under it and I have what looks like a canker sore on my lip but it's not painful at all.
The red bumps may or may not be related to your chest pain and sore throat. I would monitor the red bumps and see if they stay or go after your chest pain and sore throat heal. If they're still there, then i would recommend a biopsy of the area.
The couging has subsided, but there's still phelm in my throat. Yesterday I noticed that my tongue was coated in an yellowy/orange color!! I scraped it, and brushed it, but to no avail. Is this a common ailment? Anybody??? Thanks.
Canker Sores Canker sores are some of the most common causes of white bumps under tongue. These sores are also known as mouth ulcers. Canker sores most commonly appear due to a viral infection that can be caused by the growth of bacteria and other forms of viruses in the body. Incidentally, an overload of thrush on tongue or mouth can also be responsible for this because thrush causes an attack of bacteria and other viruses.
I am also having problems with the sores on my tongue. When i think they're going away the will travel to a different part of my tongue, it's two of them. i am so confused and this is a stressing and anxious situation.i don't know what is causing this. i have been under a lot of stress prior to my first breakout, but i would think after two weeks these things would go back into remission. I understand that i need to see a doctor but i am uninsured so i can't just go immediately to the doctor.
All of a sudden both or our throats are bothering us and i have a sore tongue as well with red bumps on the back of my tongue. Any ideas? I've been tested for eveything because of a blood disorder i have and he just got tested but no results back yet.
) can exacerbate and cause mouth/tongue sores...and it burned! So I switched, I didn't like the Biotene products, because they were too sweet and gooey,(although helpful) so I bought a prduct recommended to me on here, it is called 'Desert Essence Tea tree Oil" toothpaste and mouth-wash. The tea tree has anti-fungal properties.
My ulcers were normally tiny red spots around the tip of the tongue, although sometimes I got larger white sores at the front sides or even under the tongue at the bit where it joins the gum at the front part. It sounds as if we had different problems, and from what I can remember when I was searching for an answer to my problem, yours does sound like the geographic tongue.
It seems worse towards the end of the tongue. I can also see some bumps, but they dont pain. Despite all this I dont have any canker sores in my mouth or any other symptoms anwhere in my body. Its been more than 2 weeks and the cuts dont seem to be getting better. I was wondering if someone can help and let me know what is going on. I cant seem to find a good source to solve this. Is this Thrush? Or is it Stomatatis? What is it? Are there any tongue issues related to stress?
And my tongue swells randomly when it rains and under my tongue tends to swell as well. I take zyrtec everynight but it does'nt seem to ward off these horribe sinus infections. I even have to use an inhaler the first few days of the sinus infection. I try to be healthy but I keep getting them.Im only a junior now but I cant deal with these infections anymore.
Okay, so ive been feeling the same thing. I hope this helped. but you tell me.
I constantly have earaches in my left ear only along with canker sores in my mouth and under my tongue. I get pins and needles in my neck and down to my shoulder and the doctor says I need a solid mouth guard although have been using a drug store soft one for 3 months now. I get a build up of wax in my left ear from it being so swollen and the jaw bone connecting to my ear is sore and swollen as well. Im being told by GP it's stress and I am grinding my teeth at night and clenching my jaw.
For the past 4 months or so, I've had these swollen bumps on either side of my frenulum (that thing under your tongue.) When it first showed up, it looked like there were little soft bubbles on my frenulum also. I was convinced these were herpes blisters since they looked like they had fluid in them. But they were soft and didn't hurt or itch or anything. I went to the doctor and she took a swab and said it was a yeast infection.
penis was in the vagina for like 1 minute ) I noticed a bunch of red dots on the head of my penis, they resembled broken blood vessals. However upon pulling my foreskin back I noticed red bumps or dry spots(1mm or 2mm) where they match up with the dots on the head. It doesn't hurt when I pee and they don't hurt or itch. I masterbaited 3 times the morning of the night it happened. I also went home and straight to bed, then off to work the next day. So it was probably 12-14 hours before I washed.
I looked in a magnified mirror and found that a lot of the tiny bumps on my tongue (which our tongues have if you look at them closely) appeared red and almost inflamed. I rinse with hydrogen peroxide and it hurts like heck but it hasn't helped any. Last night I stopped into a "minute clinic" because I wasn't able to get away from work this week to see my Dr., anyhow, the minute clinic told me they don't treat this sort of thing so I was out of luck. I plan on seeing my Dr.
my mouth was terribly painful with sores on the tongue too. the thing that helped me the most was a solution of food grade hydrogen peroxide solution. rinse your mouth with it and i even brushed my tongue with it (when it isnt so sore) it helped clear up my mouth and i used it to keep the sores under control all during treatment. i still use it every nite even off treatment now. you can purchase it in health food stores and it has the mixture solution on the label.
I'm pretty sure I read that these cough drops can cause the canker sores. My main issue is now I have this painful bump in the back of my throat/mouth/tongue. I've had this pain for about a week now and seems to be getting worse. I've googled what it could be but with no luck. I can't see this bump but i can feel it and it seems like its where the tongue connects to the back side of my mouth near the tonsil on the right side of my mouth.
wondering if my tongue is causing that while I sleep! Anybody here having tongue issues along with lips and eyes? I've tried all kinds of topical things on my lips and eyes, but nothing seems to really work. This week, I'm trying the apple cider vinegar, as I've heard from other sources that this is really good. I'm also adding flax seed oil, having heard that it's good for skin conditions.
I keep getting these small bumps that can only be felt by my tongue. They are under my tongue in the corners at the base of the gums and on the inside of my "Lower" lip. The worry is that it is some sort of cancer. I was a closet smoker (one pack a week or less) over the years, on and off, and occasionally burned a little reefer. If I put some rubbing alcohol on in it go away like magic but the skin feels a little puckered afterwords, that doesn't bother me.
I've had a swollen tongue, and little bumps on my tongue, which after a few days, went to not being able to taste anything what so ever and I'm worried that it might be an infection or something. I went to the doctor's and they took some cultures, but I want some kind of assurance until I get my results back.
My tongue always feels swollen and I can not stop rubbing it around in my mouth, as it feels like there is something on it. Did have sores in corner of my mouth, but have got those under control for the most part. Had severe episode of shivers with GI infection early October, BUT no fever.
