1143036 tn?1293031084 My daughter has a significant amount of bumps under her skin on her head and down her jaw. When you run your knuckle on them they move. When they are big or there are a lot of them she gets a really bad headache. Her Chiari surgeon does not have anyone else with them so I am asking if any of you do. He thinks they may be blood vessels. She had surgery in Oct 09 and has been feeling much better but the "head poppies" as we call them seem to be getting worse.
Avatar n tn I started rubbing my knee and noticed a couple small bumps under the skin and on top of my knee cap, it almost feels like a bead under my skin, and it hurt very bad to touch it. It is on my left leg and floats around the top of my knee cap when I touch it what do i do?
Avatar f tn Hello. It's been awhile since I've posted. I thought I had everything under control and was ready to move on. That was relatively short lived :( Short background ... had unprotected sex with a partner of unknown status from 8/2013 - 2/2014. Started freaking out about the possibility of having contracted something. I did, but that was easily treatable. Then I started having herpes fears as I was having symptoms (burning, tingling, etc.) never "sores" or "blisters.
Avatar n tn Also if you do shoulder exercises that will relieve the tension in those muscles, then these bumps will disappear. They could also be wheals or hives. However it is difficult to comment beyond this without examination. Do get them examined by a doctor. Hope this helps. Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!
Avatar f tn I'm sorry that I'm not good at English. I have 3 small bumps or nodes or anything I am not sure what to call. They located near my right ear near my Parotid Surgery Wound. (7 years ago I have ever had surgery of Paratid Grand Tumour, It's not Paratid cancer but it's only a tumour) Now there are 3 small bumps near the scar. I went to see many doctors but she said she was not sure what they are. She said they may be Sebaceous Cyst. This 3 bumps size 0.5 mm. for each.
Avatar n tn Hives (medically known as urticaria) are red, itchy, raised areas of skin that appear in varying shapes and sizes. They have a tendency to change size rapidly and to move around, disappearing in one place and reappearing in other places, often in a matter of hours. Many cases of hives are "idiopathic," meaning no cause is known. Others may be triggered by viral infections or medications.
Avatar m tn Edit: When I try to move the penos skin the bumps move as well
Avatar n tn Hi, How are you? These could be sebaceous cysts or sometimes called epidermal cysts which is a closed sac occurring just under the skin which contains a "pasty" or "cheesy" looking substance. Although sebaceous cysts are usually found on the face, neck, and trunk, they also many times occur in the genitalia of both women and men. Sebaceous cysts are usually painless, slow-growing small bumps or lumps that move freely under the skin.
Avatar m tn it would then heal and leave a purple scar where it used to be. there would also be bumps under the skin that you couldn't see but you could feel them, almost as if there were bumps under the skin. When the red bumps or blisters appear, the skin gets really inflamed and hurts. they went away for a little while (maybe because i was sure to clean it extra good) but came back again about 6 months ago.
Avatar n tn The ones that appear on his head and legs are just fatty bumps under his skin. No skin loss. None of these are itchy or cause him any pain. Im not sure if this is just a common allergic reaction or if i need to bring him to the vet.
Avatar m tn s spreading to my wrists and forearms) that itch like crazy. When I go to bend my hands, the skin feels harder in the affected areas. My hands also have a pinkish tint to them. On my wrists and the back of my hands, it is the bumps that appear red but my palms have a general pinkish tint to them. The bumps almost look like goosebumps. I bought hydrocortisone cream and have applied it once so I'm not sure if it will work but does anyone have any idea that this could be?
Avatar m tn Hi and welcome.
Avatar n tn I looked up dishydrosis on the internet and the only difference between what I saw and what is on my finger is that the bumps/dots are completely underneath the skin. When I straighten the finger the bumps become raised because its almost like they get squeezed together and push up towards the surface of the skin (They are located in between the distal and intermediate phalanx). When the finger is bent and the skin is stretched, the skin becomes smooth again.
Avatar n tn I have tiny bumps under the skin that never seem to disappear and can't be "popped". I know you should never pop ur pimples but these have been there for months. It started when i was 20 and for the past three years it's gotten progressively worse. When I started using liquid foundations the dumps increased 10X the amount. Now that i'm using more natural products there are less but they itch and are all over my face.

Avatar f tn I am a teenager who has had some odd bumps under my skin for awhile and I am gradually getting new ones. They are clustered in my fingers and the outside of my ankle bone. They seem to be completely solid and can move around under the skin. They don't hurt or anything, and they have no evidence of how they got there, like a bug bite or anything. Through my skin, I can vaguely tell they are a white color. They almost seem like white beads under my skin.
Avatar n tn Hello, I'm 17 years old. And I have been receiving bumps under my armpits for a very long time. And the pain varies on how big the bump is. If its a big one then it hurts when move my arm up and down. When its small its doesn't really hurt that much. But anytime I get one I squeeze them with two fingers and sometimes blood, puss, or a substance that looks like water, or even blood mixes with water.
Avatar n tn im african american and i have small dark bumps under my arms. they are SUPER embarrassing and im a dancer and i cant even wear my dance attire without being embarrasses. they dont hurt they are just THERE they arent tiny but they are not big either. their just like little slightly raised black bumps.
Avatar f tn They have exactly the same feel as if you had gotten a mosquito bite that rose up a knot under the skin. I am wondering what they might be and if I need to be concerned. I also wonder if they could be at all connected with fibromyalgia? Thank you for your time.
Avatar n tn For the last year my pores have enlarged and I have many white bumps under the skin on my right side of my face around the chin, jaw and top of the cheek bone down to the jaw with a few a couple in the middle of my right cheek. They arent hard bumps and most if squeezed while produce a white string substance and it never goes away. I wash my face morninng & night and have tried every type of face wash hoping to find my cure. Can you please tell me what this is and how do I get rid of them.
Avatar m tn For the last few months, I have some small bumps growing on the underside of my scrotum. It hurt when my underpants brush on them. Also, the skin around these bumps hurt from time to time. These bumps kind of come and go on their own. Someday there are more someday they seem to go away. I hope they are not genital wart but I'm worrying.

Avatar n tn hi, I am 36 y/o. I have notice just this past year that i am getting small lumps under my eyes. I tried to POP one and nothing came out and it is still there. i looked at pics of milla and it doesnt look the same. i have been using strydex on them every other day lately just to try to get ridof them and havent really noticed any difference.
Avatar m tn Four days ago I was out of town and when I woke up in the hotel room I had a small cluster of about five bumps that resembled bug bites. That evening the bumps were more pronounced and itchy, it has progressed until now where the bumps now look like two u shapes with small blisters, I have a slightly raised or swollen area under the u shaped bumps of about 2 and a half inches, it is also tender.Any helpful comments would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
Avatar m tn Hi, I'm sure you guys have been swamped with so much questions regarding bumps on genitals. Apologies on posting another question regarding this. I have 2 bumps on the base of my penis, where it meets the skin of the scrotum. They're quite smooth and a little stiff to the touch. I read that sebaceous cysts move around under the skin, but these bumps don't. I had a bad habit of popping bumps on my scrotum before and I don't know if these are infected pores.
Avatar f tn ve been getting these small, clear bumps on various fingers, sometimes on the top of my hand and under my wrist, that itch like crazy. within a few days to a week the bumps eventually dry out and peel - this especially occurs in the summer time. Can anyone tell me what this is, what's causing it and how it should be treated?
