I have small firm bumps all over the tops of my feet with clusters around the ankle - nothing between toes and I wear Birkenstock most of the time so my feet are not moist. They do not weep or crust they are just tiny bumps that sometimes itch just slightly.
I can scrub the tops off the bumps with a skin scrubbing pad but they are back in two days. I may have contracted them at a health spa a few years back. I have looked at photos of athletes foot and it does not match.
A few months ago I started developing red bumps on the tops of my feet. Some are in rings and some are just individual. The bumps are smooth and no skin is flaking off. They do not itch or hurt. I have tried neosporin, cortizone, anti-fungal, etc but nothing has any effect. The bumps are now appearing on the backs of my hands and spreading up my ankles as well. The bumps seem to be under my skin and are a dark pink/red color.
I am concerned at how quickly they are spreading.

For about a year I've been getting bumps on my hands, feet, and groin. The bumps look similar to a blister but are NOT liquid filled and when broken open the skin is dry and scaly underneath. For the most part they do not itch, burn, or hurt but very occationally the bumps itch severly and once the bumps on my hand felt as if I had been hit with a hamer everywhere they appeared. They made my thumbnails feel like they were going to blow off. As a result my thumnails had the same bumps.
Ever since high school I have gotten these bumps on my hands and feet a few times a year. They start showing up under my palms and on my feet, and soon spread to being clear bumps with clear liquid inside between my fingers and on the sides of my feet and toes. I have small bumps (a mm in width, uniform and circular) on the tops of my feet, and a couple on the backs of my hands (probably 10 or so on each foot, only 2 on each hand). It is called Palmoplanter psorriasis and effects the soles of the feet and palms of the hands. You get clear looking bumps under the skin that may burst sometimes, and you get scaly peeling skin. Causes are stress, smoking, and sometimes an allergy to nickel. There is no cure, except for easing the symptoms. I have been using Aquaphur ointment by neutragen(I believe) and rub in on my hands at night and use white cotton gloves to sleep.

Apply topical antibiotics like Neosporin on the boil and for the dry itchy hands and feet get contact dermatitis and pompholyx ruled out. The exact cause is not known and excessive sweating can be one of the reasons. But some triggers like allergic reaction to soaps, detergents, foods, latex, nickel etc may trigger the symptoms. Apply some calamine lotion on the affected area and keep the area well moisturized.
I have recently developed little itchy bumps only on the palms of both hands and the bottom of both feet in the arch area. I can see them under the skin and when I scratch them they pop open and have water inside. If I scratch an area more will surface. I've never had this before. Can it be an allergy to something? Stress? My Dr. gave me a steroid cream to use at night with gloves and it's not working.
Whenever I go on vacation and spend time in the sun and/or on a beach I get an odd rash on my feet. It starts out as little bumps that I can feel under my skin that itch pretty bad. I originally had small red rashy bumps appear under my bicep, two weeks later I noticed a small ring of red bumps right below my elbow. The ring is formed by distinct, unconnected bumps and is about a nickel in size. The center of the ring is clear. The bicep bumps are all distinct bumps NOT creating a continuous rash. Paget's, Lupus, Raynaud's and Scleroderma run in the family and I am hypothyroid as well as my sisters and my mother was also.
Sometimes they are little red bumps. Sometimes they appear to be in a little bit of a circle. Other times I look at my forearm and it appears to have a tan rash, sometimes it's red, sometimes it appears to have circular lines.
I also sometimes have rashes on my knees, or slightly above them. These are typically very red and have red raised bumps.
I have not had any other symptoms, though I realize that symptoms don't really mean much.
Now a week ago after being in a salt water pool for a few hours I started itching on my palms and soles of my feet. The next day the bumps started on my fingers and also on my palms but they itched severely. After two days I couldn't stand the itching so I bought over the counter anti itch hydrocortazone cream. At first it seemed to relieve it but hours later it burned. Each day the bumps spread and grow and are hard and tight. My knuckles are also tight.
