have you tried eating yogurt or taking acidophilous tablets from the health food store? i've had problems with tongue bumps
(inflamed taste buds) in the past and yogurt helped me. it re-establishes the normal acidophilus balance in the body. also, lack of b vitamins and iron in the diet, can cause sores in the mouth.
since i'm so susceptible to the tongue bumps and canker sores, i just about don't ever eat tomatoes or drink pop, since they are so acidic.
