I first got an allergy to using a sunscreen. My forehead and cheeks broke out in a face rash that had small red non itcy bumps. That went away but then I have some larger itchy bumps that won't go away. I don't think they are an infection it is related to the allergy. I am only washing my face with Cetaphil and then adding 10% glycerin for some hydration to these spots. Glycerin is a natural substance found in the body and I don't think that is causing a problem.

(I have since stopped taking it) I took Benadryl and used Hydrochortosone cream on the rash and it went away (mostly) I still had a few bumps on my neck and several on my back after two weeks. Shortly after that I developed a raised bump on my hip and each day I got more and more bumps although these new bumps don't itch. I have them now all over my body, oddly, except for on my face and neck.

but it has never been contagious and it will not go away with anything and hasnt spred to anywhere. just stayed where it has been (my upper right arm) i have tried all kinds of creams and ointments and i have tried just putting lotion on it. its red and flakey has bumps and "oozes" clear stuff. it itches like crazy sometimes but i TRY to not scratch. it seems like the skin is cracked in the affected area which makes it sting when i put anything on it.
