Bumps on skin after beach

Common Questions and Answers about Bumps on skin after beach

bumps

Chigger bites present as itchy red bumps on the folds of the skin and ankles. Scabies is characterized by intense itching, usually at night and by small insect-type bites lesions on the skin. Diagnosis of scabies is made by scraping the skin and viewing the material under a microscope to see the characteristic mite or eggs. My sincere advice is to get these possibilities evaluated from a dermatologist.

again bumps cleared up for about 1 week and then reappeared. Bumps are on both arms on the underside of my forearms from inside elbow crease to wrists and no where else on my body. Any ideas? Thank-you.
For the last 20 years I have gotten small red bumps on the sides of my fingers. They don't blister. They start out as one or two and then I might get a few more and they seem to cluster up on only the sides of my fingers. They are not itchy but they are sore to the touch when you run your finger over them. It feels like you have a splinter. They are slightly raised and red in color. They will stay for varying lengths of time and then dry up and go away.
I suddenly have developed tiny bumps on my upper lip. A few months ago this happened in just one little patch but it went away, and I can't remember if I did anything. But just a few days ago they appeared again on both sides of my upper lip. Then, the next day they had spread and now go all the way along the ridge of my upper lip. They aren't particularly noticeable except they change the shape of my lip, making it look smaller than it was in the places where they are on the very edge.
This passed weekend I went to the beach after swimming we walked around then drove home. we had a bbq drank and played some cards (note: I still have my bathing suit on). Before going to bed I change into new underwear and pjs to sleep. Next morning I feel itchy and notice I have bumps in my vagina area aroud my lavia and getting close to my anus I am very freaked out. As days pass I am also noticing some white discharge.

I have been having a few problems with small red bumps on my legs, but they are mainly on my knickers line. I only get them when i have shaved and wear certain pants. They feel like they are filled with white bloody sells. Its very embaressing. How can i stop them and get them to go away. And what are they??????
You most likely have keratosis pilaris, a hereditary condition in which bumps of keratin protein congregate on the skin of the outer upper arms. If they bother you, try using a Buf Puf or loofah and scribbing the arms for 20 seconds after a shower each day. If that doesn't help, your doctor may be able to prescribe a mild exfoliant. But whatever works, you need to keep up, at least intermittently; that's just how your skin is built. Best. Dr.
Tuesday I had one on my right wrist, wednesday the bump on my right middle finger turned into a cluster of tiny bumps, and on thursday I started getting itchy on my neck, stomach, waistline, there were a few more bumps on my right and left hands and then the right index finger started, I then popped the bumps on my forearm, right index and left middle and they oozed a clear liquid. Now friday I notice I have 4 on my right ring finger. They kind of itch, but nothing severe. Any ideas?
Im latin, so theoretically Im supposed to have tougher skin, but 3 years ago, two days after I had been in the sun, these spots appeared on my chest. And it itched to the point where I couldnt ignore it any longer. It was driving me mad!!! Sun poisoning is a strange thing. All of a sudden you just "get it". I have been reading in this forum a lot about sun poisoning, and they are right: Sun creams with a high factor doesnt help.
* Avoidance of walking barefoot, wearing of appropriate protective shoes to the beach and flip-flops/thongs in locker rooms. * After being exposed to places where the potential of being infected is great , washing with an antibacterial and anti-fungal soap or one that contains Tea Tree Oil, which contains terpinen-4-ol. Treatment includes washing ths scalp with shampoo with selenium sulfide (2.5%) or zinc pyrithione (1-2%) used 2-3 times weekly at home.
I found to take a shower after the beach or being in the sun and after the shower I lather my body with baby oil to trap the moisture and then I put cortizone on the really itchy areas. IT is very annoying and uncomfortable, but it usually goes away in a day or two. My dermatoligist said I am pretty much allergic to everything.
There are some conditions in which one would get some bumps on the skin near the mouth. They can even get some bumps on the lips that are nothing majorly important. Given that the best thing to do is seek out your doctor for looking at this to have them tell you whats going on. Even if she has HSV-1 orally about 50% of the US adult population has it and typically get it during our childhood years. Nothing really major about the coldsores. My advice seek the assistance of your doctor.
when she itched them too hard( ones on legs) they would break and blood spots would show up and more bumps would appear. we broke up about a month after these itchy bumps showed up on her. we broke up about a month after these itchy bumps showed up on her. About a month or so after we broke up these bumps like hers started to appear on my legs(inner thigh).. then i got a bump on my penis head and shaft. then i got a few on my hands/fingers that were barely noticeable.
Hello! If your father had been on vacation to a beach then bugs, like sand fleas and the mosquito can lead to rashes on the legs. The sand itself can cause irritations, especially if anyone has a sensitive skin. Another possibility is sweat dermatitis that is a rash caused when sweat is trapped in the skin. Itching and tiny red spots are seen in this condition. Other possibilities of this rash on the legs are eczema, dermatitis and keratosis pilaris.
I am nineteen and very active athletically. After going to the beach or after i play sports, as today, i notice tiny pinpoint blister-like sacs around my forearms and torso. They do not itch or irritate me in anyway, but I have never noticed them till this year. When I push them down they "pop" and I can tell a small amount of water is in them. I am pretty concerned. I do not know whether they can be something that can affect my overall health. I would really appreciate any feedback.
I have tried applying alcohol after shaving they do make stuff for bikini area to apply after shaving so you dont get bumps don't see why she couldn't use on her arm pits it may work for her. hopefully this has been helpful.
You can also use a barrier cream with zinc oxide paste applied directly to wet skin after bathing. Take some antihistaminic lie Benadryl or Claritin for the itching. If the rash persists then it will be best to get it evaluated from a dermatologist. It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps.
If all fails, get advice on skin care. If you have a skin complaint see a dermatologist. (I went to a bunch of doctors and all they give you is acne cream or something along that lines. Most of the doctors won't understand until you explain every little detail of you problem that your having so they can get an idea of whats happening.
After being in the sun, I had about 2 dozen itchy bumps all over my body. A week later, I was walking with my son in the july 4 parade. That night, the itching got worse. Now, after laying in the sun for an hour today, I have an itchy red, rash with lots of tiny bumps all over my chest and upper abdomen (oh-and I had a pretty nasty sunburn after the first day in the sun. Although i live in the mountains, and the sun is really strong here, i grew up at the beach.

For the last few months everytime i get wet my back, neck, chest and arms get about 15 red bumps and itch to the point i cant stand it. It looks like bumps do after you get bit by a mosquito only smaller. I have done everything i could imagine from changing my soaps, to taking cold showers, to having my house checked for bugs, and its not just when i shower. I live in florida so its usually hot but anytime i sweat, get in the pool, swim at the lake or beach the still pop up.
-a few appeared on feet and legs in Miami, but over a hundred appeared on arms about three days after we got home (almost immediately after exposure) -they are on the outer elbow but not the inner elbow -the bumps are now all over my hands and fingers...but not in the webs -they are scattered and in some places appear in clusters and rows of 2, 3, and 5 -they started appearing on upper arms and shoulders and over the course of 10 days have moved to lower arms.
It's been going on longer, but less noticeable, now since I do not talk sleeping meds any more, it's all that I can notice... Symptoms are strange sensations on my skin. The sensation is it feels like there are "invisible bugs" crawling on, and/or biting my skin. No actual bites, rashes, bugs, sores, or anything of the nature is ever visible. Occurs more at night, while laying down than any other time.
I am a 40y/o woman. Pretty healthy all these years. No preexisting conditions. I live in Florida. A month ago I started to suffer everyday of this weird "rash" and bumps that last for 1 hour or so and then disappear slowly first the itchiness- rash and then the bumps in 3-4 hours, faster the rash and itchiness. Then it starts to appear in other areas of my body.
