Avatar n tn For the last 20 years I have gotten small red bumps on the sides of my fingers. they don't blister. they start out as one or two and then I might get a few more and they seem to cluster up on only the sides of my fingers. they are not itchy but they are sore to the touch when you run your finger over them. It feels like you have a splinter. they are slightly raised and red in color. they will stay for varying lengths of time and then dry up and go away.
1765684 tn?1333822768 the ends of my fingers have had a buildup of excess skin for years. I have patches of rough skin on my elbows that never go away, no matter how much moisturizer I use. My rashes are always in the same places, my shoulder blades, lower back, inside elbows and lower legs. then the psoriatic arthritis... the last joint on my left pinky finger is permanently bend. This has happened over the past few years.
Avatar f tn I have several blisters or bumps on my fingers. they cluster around one another, some have grown together to form a large irregular shape. they do not break easily (have not broken any open) and yesterday looked like they were filled with a clear liquid, but are now hard and swollen red. there is no itch or pain associated with them. they are located mostly on the palm side of my index and middle finger, with some smaller blisters on the side and even fewer on the back of my fingers.
Avatar m tn they make my fingers feel swollen and when I run my finger on my skin you can feel a lot more bumps than what meets the eye. My fingers have a lumpy swollen appearance. they make my hands feel stiff and they are very sensitive to the touch. For example, today I cracked open and egg and it felt like the shell gave me a few small cuts on my fingers. However, when I looked down, my fingers were fine. Its almost like it exaggerates my sense of touch to an unreasonable level.
Avatar f tn In this month since stopping, I've developed terrible hand pain--four trigger fingers, overall pain in my palms and fingers, and now little bumps on the inside of both thumbs. I've never had problems with my hands before. I'm 59 and do have arthritis in my knees and lots of pain all over since being on these meds, but the hand pain is particularly disturbing because it came on so suddenly and is very severe. When I wake up in the morning, my hands are like claws.
Avatar n tn It usually happens on the palm side of various fingers, but in April, I had one rupture on my knuckle. I'm very interested in any comments.
Avatar n tn I get the little bumps on my hands (palms mostly but sometimes up on my fingers depending on the severity of the "break out") and on my feet (much rarer). I went to the doctor for it as a child eveytime it happened and after years of lotions, creams and steroids it still is hasn't gone away, although I've started to note patterns of break outs and they've gotten less frequent and severe. I've found at least 3 seperate triggers that cause break outs for me. the first is stress.
Avatar n tn there are verticle lines from my finger tips all the way down my fingers, and many more wrinkle on my palms. I have not touched any chemicals, but I have been under more stress and not sleeping well at all for several months. I have some arthritis problems with back, etc and my back flared up so badly that I could not walk for 3 weeks and was bedridden.
Avatar m tn the doctor did not state a cause, I did tell him that I thought it was from cracking. the bumps can hurt at times from certain activities and if pressure is applied to certain ones. As for interfering, I am a guitar player and still manage to play so I can still manage. Although I do feel that my grip strength is not what it should be. I have stopped cracking for some time now and see no difference. I keep them active (guitar playing, etc) so they still seem responsive.
Avatar n tn My boyfriend and I went to Rehoboth Beach, DE last weekend and he has an itchy rash on his waist, ankles and thighs. I have red bumps on my ankles and knees. Some of my bumps are raised and seem to be filled with liquid. He went to the doctor but could not get a diagonosis because doctor sen't sure what it was and prescribed a cortizone cream and antihistimine. Mine seem to be going away. We are thinking his could be scabies and are afraid to sleep together as it could be contagious.
Avatar n tn I actualy had similar problems to what ive been reading but think its based around the adrenal gland.
Avatar m tn Hand problems Recently noticed that about 3 days after finishing Pennicillin vk 500mg for dental infection, I began to notice I have bulging blue veins in both my palms and blue almost rope like veins that are very visible on my fingers of both hands. I also have blister like swellings that are skin color on both palms. the swellings are where palms meet fingers.
Avatar f tn I do have very small bumps on the palm of my left hand, but never had anyone look at it. It's the same color as my skin but it's under the skin. the bumps never gets bigger and doesn't hurt but sometimes it does itch. I've had it for over 8 years now. My hands flush red alot and feel very hot to the touch when this happens and then the flushing subsides. It's weird and the allergist I was seeing in 1997 when this all started couldn't find any reason behind it.
Avatar n tn About a week ago i noticed small red bumps on my stomach and as the days went by it started spreading all over my body. there are no bumps on my legs or face though. I only have a few on my lower arms and like 3 bumps on my neck. But my torso and lower back are covered with them. the weird thing is that they don't itch at all!! I been checking all different websites and question from people but all their bumps itch really bad, so it really doesn't help me out too much.
Avatar m tn I can dig a finger under my armpit on both arms and feel the nerve which shoots pulses all the way down to my fingers that feels like I'm hitting my funny bone. Because of this and that both arms are affected I feel like the problem is somewhere in my neck region. Sometimes when I pop my neck a certain way it literally feels like I grab hold of an electrical wire as it shoots a sudden shock down both arms.
Avatar m tn they are beginning to affect the straightening of my hands. If I force the straightening I feel a tearing sensation. My fingers and knuckles etc have no bumps or deformities associated and all appear normal. the growths are very dense and hard. I have attached a photo of them. I have compared them to photos of arthritis suffers and they don't appear at all similiar but is this the early stages? Any insight would be appreciated.
Avatar m tn I have had a blister on ring finger and middle finger next to the nail for 6-7 months on my left hand.. I am right handed. My reg. doc took a sample of the fluid from them. It showed nothing. they fill up with fluid and get painful and then loose the fluid and go for another couple of days or so and they do the same thing all over again. I have tried lemon juice, perioxide, alcohol, Neosporin, and Triamcinolone Acetonide.
Avatar m tn Just yesterday I woke up with sores on my hands and fingers. the same sores are on my feet, elbows, ankles, and knees. they are small and red and focus mostly on the joints. these sores are very painful and feel like blisters. what are they and what can I do about them. I can't go to a doctor, because I have no insurance.

3202871 tn?1352133377 I've had lots of red bumps but mostly on my arms, chest and back. I've had a few on my face but not many. My lips and get chapped so I use lotion and burts bees for my lips. Helps a lot. Make sure you're drinking sufficient water as we tend to get dehydrated. I also have ointment for my bumps which I should use more often. I am almost done so waiting for these annoying bumps that itch to go away! I wish I had more suggestions for you but I've also had stiffness and aches in my joints.
915277 tn?1252576713 the petechia-looking rash on your legs may be purpura which is similar but with larger eruptions and both rashes can indicate some sort of autoimmune process. Specialists tend to stick to their own speciality unless it's clearly overlapping into their territory and something they in part deal with. Main thing is - you're going through a ****load of awful symptoms right now and hopefully your endo can fast-track you to a rheumy or whatever the best direction is.
Avatar n tn I'm 41 & have had this condition for around 7-9 years as far as I can recall with no other health issues to speak of. It started off with small blisters on a few of my fingers & then they started appearing on my feet. Not too bad nor painful at first but in the past 2-3 years I do remember a few bouts where it was pretty nasty & with a quite a bit of discomfort.

Avatar n tn the rash looks like many small bumps of different sizes, not everywhere on my hands, just on the knuckles and joints of the back of my hand. on the joints of the front of my hand the rash looks like small red patches. the rash will swell up and go down within an hour, or could stay inflamed for days. Heat seems to make it worse. I've looked everywhere online for information about a rash like this.
Avatar n tn It would seem to me from what I have read on other posts that 10 mg is on the lower side of the spectrum and so I would not expect there to be that much excess serotonin floating around.
Avatar n tn I woke up this morning with a hot spot from my left shin to my left ankle. I have it now while I'm on the computer. I do walk a lot. I thought it might be due to circulation. I just don't know....
Avatar n tn I had a mammogram on 7/26/07, on 8/1/07, I recieved a call from my doctors office to make appointment with my breast surgeon. My mammogram reveal some microcalcifications in clusters in the left breast. It given BIRAD 4. I have been on roller coaster ride since. I saw the surgeon on 8/8/07. I did my homework and educated myself so it was not much to explain. the unlying factor in my case is the my microcalcifications are caused from fibrocystic left breast condition.
