Bumps on face hard

Common Questions and Answers about Bumps on face hard

bump

I have also have white bumps on my face for the last 10 years, I am in my 50's. Nothing works and they are like hard white heads that are impossible to pop. Two dermos said there was nothing they could do for me...that it was adult acne. They said to try glycolic and salicylic acid peels. I have tried both for about a year and 30% salicylic acid seems to work the best as far as providing a good peel. This seems to thin the skin surface to make the whiteheads pop easier.
Are there any other solutions that can help remove this ugly bumps on my face that make me feel like an old crone with warts on the tip of my nose.
exercise, summer days, warm clothing indoors in winter, baking in my kitchen, drying my hair etc- I get small, hard bumps all over my face. They cover an area sort of like a muzzle shape: inner cheeks, around mouth and all over outer chin areas. It can take all day to slightly clear and many times a patch of these bumps remain. They are not filled-like acne. To look at me when I have a flare you might mistake it for acne. I don't have and have never had acne.
It just stays the same though basically redness wise and itchyness wise. Also started to notice a few of these hard similar bumps on my face though, i have them around my facial hair and on my nose where i get zits sometimes and like between my eyes. All places where i get zits sometimes and occasional ingrown hairs or whatever but ive had experience with those and i dont believe thats what it is.
I get these little red bumps on my face that look like mosquito bites. They last for about 30 minutes to 1 hour, and then they go away. Sometimes I get 1-3 of them a day.. and sometimes I go for weeks without them showing up. They don't itch or anything. ...but I can feel when they're there. and I don't know...I feel gross. and I just want them to stop showing up. I'm 20 years old and I've been getting them since I was 11.
I have the same thing. Small hard white/clear bumps that started out on the right corner of my face close to my mouth, and are now spreading over the entire right side of my face. I went to a dermatologist and she said it just looked like an allergic reaction, but a more specific answer and solution would be much more helpful. I thought it was possibly my face wash that was causing the break-out but haven't used anything except for mild soap and water for over a month and a half now.
I thought maybe was a bite, but it weren't red or even had something strange, were two small (medium to large, considering the size of stuff on a face) hard bumps, like pieces of bones and with the same skin tone, nothing different. After a few days, the pain totally stopped, but the bumps still there, after another few days, I discovered another bump behind the right ear, just one this time. They never went, they still there.
I have these clear, small, hard bumps forming on my nose. they do not hurt. but they won't go away.
Hi These white bumps on the face may be a case of milia. "Milia occur when dead skin becomes trapped in small pockets at the surface of the skin or mouth. They are common in newborn infants and appear as pearly white bumps, most commonly across the upper cheeks, nose, and chin." Source:http://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/ency/article/001367.htm These do not need further intervention.

My sister has recently developed cyst like bumps on her face, mostly around her nose in the t-zone area of her face. They are hard and very deep but you can see the white cysts under the skin. they range in size from very tiny to medium around the size of a dull pencil led. Sometimes she is able to remove them with an extractor or by wrapping gauze around her fingers and mashing them out.
So about a week ago I got this red bump right above my lip and below my nose. It's kind of sore, and feels hard. Then I just noticed a second one below my lip, on my chin. I don't know anything that could have caused it or what it is. It isn't ichy, so I don't think it's a bug bite, but it's not like a zit at all, either.
A week or so ago, I developed a non-itchy rash on my face, and shortly thereafter something similar appeared on the back and sides of my neck. There are a few bumps on my shoulders and back, but that's about it. The bumps are small and light red and they don't itch or itch very very little, like mildly dry skin would.
I have two weird bumps on my face -- both very hard and noticeable...which never go away. When I finally get the skin broke above either of them, I can squeeze "****" out of the spots, which I have done until they bleed. Know this may sound disgusting, but am so frustrated with them! After they finish bleeding, they turn into a scab (of course), then come right back in the exact same spots.
Seborrheic dermatitis is a common skin condition that causes flaky, dry, white to yellowish scales to form on oily areas esp. under the nose or anywhere on face. You can treat flaking and dryness with over-the-counter dandruff or medicated shampoos. Shampoo the hair vigorously and frequently (preferably daily). Active ingredients in these shampoos include salicylic acid, coal tar, zinc, resorcin, ketoconazole, or selenium.
Firstly , it has to be ascertained that the bumps contain fluid . Differentials for small, skin colored bumps on the face may be warts, skin tags and molluscum. Do these bumps have a central umbilication ? Are they itchy or painful?

Hi there, Red bumps on the face can be due to keratosis pilaris, acne, allergies or sun exposure. What is the appearance of this rash like? If these are flesh colored bumps then they can possibly be Keratosis Pilaris. Keratosis Pilaris is a genetic condition. The bumps are hair follicles clogged with a naturally-occurring hard protein called keratin that protects the skin. Few other possibilities could be allergies, eczema, fungal infection etc.
Ever since high school, I've remembered getting zits and these hard bumps on my face. These hard bumps don't fill with white pus or turn soft. Nevertheless, I can pop them still. What I've come to find is that these bumps are actually filled with hard, yellow, clear, and oily deposits. They have a definitive elliptical shape. One of the ends is on the surface of the skin and makes the area painful to touch.
I have had a bump on my face right next to my nose for a week. I have cleaned the area, have put hot washcloth on it. It wont pop. What is this?

Hello, Basically for the last 7 or 8 years (im 19 now) I have had redness on my face. It is on my chin not all of it just the centre, my cheeks, and my nose and a tiny bit on the forehead. My nose is the worst. My face tends to go very red if I'm embarrassed or have hot flushes. It does not itch, and is not raised or flaky. I also have very oily skin and my skin does not get dry very often.
Secondly, now I have some very very itchy tiny red bumps on my face that I haven't yet shown the doctor. I have used the Clobetsol topical cortisone ointment on it and it goes away within about 2-3 days. It comes back about one a week or two. Is it bad to use the cortisone topical so often? Is there anything else I can do to prevent it? I use Eucerin sun screen for sensitive skin (fragrance free) and it still comes back. Suggestions?
