I think I may be allergic to some ingredient in a lot of face moisturizers and foundations. My face has recently broken out into tiny bumps (which has happened to me before, mostly on my forehead and around my mouth/chin) and they usually dissipate within a few days. This time the bumps have become itchy and flaky. They are on my entire face, around my nose, under my eyebrows etc. However, they are not on my neck. What can I do to help alleviate this?
At its worst, it was a red, oily, tight rash on my chin that extended around both sides of my mouth and then underneath my nose. It also itched, but not severely, and it had some small red blisters in it. One time I even woke up with swollen red lips that also had burning blisters around the edges along with split corners! At first I thought it was Perioral Dermatitis, so I put some apple cider vinegar (ACV) on it to dry it out because I had read online that ACV could cure it.
My finger, hand, wrist, inner elbows, back of knee and on and around my mouth have all undergone recurring stages of itchy breakouts, drying out, peeling, then (sort of) healing, but not totally. It gets worse just before my period. I've had blood tests done that show nothing, been prescribed steroid creams and anti-fungal creams. A nutritionist told me that my system is out of pH balance and I have a vitamin defiency.

I just thought they where reg. bumps so I started using clearasil & face masks to get rid of it. Then it started to go away so I started to put coco butter to clear the marks. Then a few weeks later it reappear but now they started to surround the whole side of my lips.
ve been experiencing rapid growth in some type of rash on my face, hands, and groin area. Three days ago the rash began on my hands as a few small bumps on the top of my right pinkie and ring fingers, as well as in the webbing between these two finger and the middle finger. Ive been using Aveeno"even tone texture facial wash" & Aveeno lotion. I do not think Im using the right lotion but I have been using this for about 8 months now and It works sometime.
s like very tiny, itchy bumps that focus on my cheeks, chin, around my mouth, and around my eyes with a red sort of rash. It makes my skin feel rough and textured when it's usually smooth. It comes out of nowhere, I just woke up with it yesterday morning and since then it has spread up my cheeks. When I saw it yesterday morning, I immediately washed my face with an exfoliater and cleanser like I do every day, and put on a face lotion.
ve been monogamous with the same man for over a year. 4 months ago I broke out around my mouth (the right corner), with one bump on the top of my lips and the other on the bottom. I've had a reoccurring rash that I get around my mouth. I had been putting betamethasone on it which would clear it up but then would come back within a week if I quit using cream. Finally got insurance and was prescribed a po antibiotic and triamcinolone acetonide dental paste?? Even that seemed to help and antibiotics kept it gone for about 1-3 months but back. I'm 28. Feb – Increase in acne type dermatitis with clear fluid on face. These acne type of bumps I get on my chin, cheeks, crease of nose and just out side the lip line near lips. They get red and quickly develop into white head looking pimples. Some times they are not just round. They sometimes are linear and almost look like little welts. When ruptured they have mostly a clear like fluid, but sometimes it is a whiter puss like fluid.
My girlfriend has the exact same thing... She will get areas that turn red, start to itch, swell up, then turn into whiteheads, which are then followed by more little ones forming a circle around it. It will appear on her cheeks most often, but sometimes around her mouth. The doctor couldn't give a direct diagnosis. He initially thought it was herpes, didn't really fit right. The herpes cream does help the blisters, but one thing is getting me...
It feels as if the hair on my face is sort of standing on end. Like if have goose bumps on my face. I have several very small sores on my face (they started our as what looked like a very tiny pimple but when I poped them nothing came out) the feeling is around my mouth chin and lower cheek, and also around my nose. About two weeks ago, I noticed my entire face was sort of flaky, but it was nothing too serious, and it would go away when I washed it. Then a few days later, the skin on the sides of my nose and on the cheek beside the nose were not only flaky but felt pretty dry. As more time went on, the dry patch on the left side of my nose traveled down to above my lip.
