I have a two bumps. One behind my ear and one under my armpit. What does it mean? I ask my doctor about the one behind my ear he told my it had something to do with fine hairs, I asked anther doctor about it and she told me it could be assist and that i couldn't remove it because it was attach to one of my mane glands. I recently just discover another bump under my armpit, both on my major glands i havn't seen a doctor yet, but i don't have to know something is wrong with me.
it seems to be spreading now i have it on part of my ear, behind my ear, under my chin and also its spreading 2 my nect. what can be the cause of it?? could it be from two wisdom tooth extractions that i had about a month ago???
I got my wisdom teeth pulled out around 3 years ago, and since then I've noticed that there's this unusual hard bump around where my wisdom tooth used to be on the top left side of my mouth. At the time I didn't think anything of it because on my right side there's a similar bump, but it's smaller. I thought it was just normal and that it would go away. Well it didn't but for 3 years it never bothered me and I don't have any sort of health insurance.
One of the reasons I was worried was that my wisdom tooth had broken through the gum a few weeks before the incident but was a bit sore that day (however there was no bleeding upon inspection in the morning) so I thought that might have increased the risk from oral sex. Can I take this result as conclusive and move on with my life?
With my tongue I can feel a fairly hard lump in the location where my wisdom tooth would have been. (Removed all four wisdom teeth 25 years ago....I'm 43 now). Please help!!! Any ideas?? I can't see the periodontist until next month. Oral cancer? HPV? Thank you for taking the time to read this.
Well, if your wisdom teeth have not come through, it possibly may be a wisdom tooth trying to break through. When there is no room, or very little room in the jaw, top or bottom, the wisdom teeth have no room to grow through and can cause a lot of pain and swelling. If you feel this could be a wisdom tooth trying to come through, you will need to see your dentist.
I also still have my wisdom teeth, and while the top 2 have come in, the left bottom wisdom tooth is severely impacted, and I know it is swelling the gum area around my other back left molar and is often sore, (think its called Pericoronitis). The only area where I usually feel any pain in my mouth is directly under my impacted left bottom wisdom tooth. Sometimes I can feel a bit of pain coming from the tonsil area, but not severe.
first thought they might be swollen lymph nodes but because they are so small he did not think they were lymph nodes, he also has told me that there is nothing abnormal about my neck and he doesn't think there is anything to worry about. I will also note that my wisdom tooth on that side was severly impacted and that is why i had it removed.
I had what i thought was an absess tooth over a year ago, but the pain had went away once it started breaking away. Then my wisdom teeth started growing in. Now i have 7 or 8 teeth rotting out it seems from the gum out, my gums are bloody sore and aggravating. My teeth ache all the time and sometime the pain gets so bad it hurts behind my eye in my head and in my ears. Some of the teeth have small holes forming on them and one has a black spot.
I also woke up with a few more bumps/dots on the cheeks and roof of my mouth (about 5 of them) They disappeared within 3 days. On Dec. 21, I noticed I had 3 more on my gums behind my wisdom teeth. When I touched my toothbrush to it, they split open and bled. I went to an ENT clinic on Dec. 23, and the ENT said I had nodules on my larynx. He also looked at my mouth and said that he wasn't really sure what the dots were.
Saturday, I woke up with a my lower jaw hurting, my bottom teeth and gum tenderness behind my last molar. I thought it was my wisdom tooth, so I went to the dentist Monday. Turns out. I only have top wisdom teeth. He didn't seem too worried about them. He said nothing about them being heavily impacted. They looked to be coming in pretty straight and he said that getting them out over my Christmas Break should be fine.
But the more Bart pissed off Homer, the more angrier and stressed he became and little by little he started to get knots/bumps/lumps on his head and neck. All because of the inner-anger/stress he had because of the stuff Bart was doing, and untill he finally couldn't take it anymore and started to strangle Bart, all the bumps started to disappear, little by little... Anyone remember this episode?
Hi all, First, I have put a call into my doctor and am just waiting for someone to call back. But I thought I'd post here in the meantime for any wisdom you may have. I got up this morning and have been having sharp chest pain, mostly on the right side and primarily when I breathe out. If I just sit here and do nothing I'm ok, but as soon as I get up and try to walk around I double over with this sharp pain in my chest.
Two weeks later I break out in ulcerated red spotty gums in one area of the mouth (around the tooth before wisdom tooth top left, with a couple of tiny spot further up), two weeks later than this I get stomach ache with some Diarrhoea which lasted a week, although it was loose rather than any more regular than usual (now normal). From this another mouth ulcer came with red spots and groin/neck/general muscle pain (I still get some neck pain at top of spine/base of skull).
And I got a water injecter from my dentist for when my wisdom tooth got pulled, that works really good to take the white stuff out. It's pretty gross though, a lot can come out. That's all that I can think of that I found, so I hope it helps.
Then I had a bad wisdom tooth and my debris up me on amoxicillin again for a week. After I stopped 2 nd time I feel horrible again. My muscles feel like I ran a marathon. My nose feels allergenic and itchy like. I feel foggy a lot. Forgetful. I just am not right. I had ,y left leg swell and I had an ultrasound which was negative but they saw a benign small but enlarged node in my groin. I can't feel it. Key knees hurt my ankles hurt they feel inflamed and almost burn at times.
At this time I had weird headaches, almost like cramps in my head. Behind my ears, in the back of my head, in front of my ears, temples... I went to the er one night bc my legs started shaking. .
(from a virus) Also, after showing him a lattice work of white that went up the inside of my cheek and right up to my DEAD TOOTH, he then told me that the tooth was probably the cause of all this misery. YES, AFTER I ASKED BOTH HIM AND THE EYE EARS NOSE AND THROAT GUY and they both said no the first time, I then went to a dentist and had the tooth pulled. She agreed with me, saying the tooth was DEAD and the roots were infected and probably the cause of this whole thing.
I am only 14 years old and have recently discovered two bumps on the roof of my mouth, behind my top teeth. I am very scared, because my gums are bright red and I think I might have receding gums, Last night, I was leaning on my arm, mouth open, and realised I had blood in my saliva, just a small amount. I am really trying to brush everyday atleast once but it doesn't happen alot. I have started to do it everyday once a day and floss and mouthwash.
but I am also battling a bad toothache that needs attention so they did not want to pull the tooth before the surgery so I am having the tooth pulled first. FEAR of course was the primary source...I appreciate all the feedback and I am lucky to have met some of you. Thanks for everything..I will keep you posted.
HI! Yes, my wisdom tooth scar area on the left side top and bottom feels crazy - tingly pain. I'm so glad you commented! Graves is hyperthyroid, right? Do they say that has anything to do with all this craziness? I am hyprethyroid and they are sending me to an endo but couldn't get me in until Nov 14. I am pretty much the same as I have been. This is depressing and anxiety causing...I don't exactly need any more anxiety. Sheesh. Thank you for commenting and sharing.
To which when i woke up yday morning the bone inside the mouth behind the wisdom tooth (left hand side) was very sore. During yday i have gained what i can dedscribe as a ulcer, its above my teeth, again on the left side and feels smooth when i touch it, its not painful and is irritating me more than anything else. Since i last posted i have been sweating in the night, even more so last night where i woke up in a sweat. Are these symptoms in anyway related to acute hiv symptoms?
HI just read your post and wanted to take a minute to encourage you to keep pushing on the road is full of bumps but it is worth traveling ...do this for you....so you can look yourself in the eye in the mirror and have your self respect back your dignity....I look at your age and I was just getting into my opiate addiction but it was going to last 16 1/2 yrs!!!! b/4 I woke up and got out of it....
A cone beam ct scan revealed an inflammatory process in the sinus above the implant and apical periodontal inflammation on the tooth behind the implant which was also giving me night fevers. I have since had the root canal retreated on the tooth that was being blamed for my mouth discomfort.
I've had orange tongue for about 4 months since I had an operation to have my wisdom tooth pulled. I was anesthetized and given a 5-day course of erythromycin subsequently. I'm fairly positive it has something to do with the antibiotics I was administered. I brush off just about all of the orange on my tongue each night, and it's fine the morning after. But by the end of the day, it's completely orange again.
i recently posted a forumn about my improvement of chronic hives after getting my wisdom tooth pulled out. It seems my wisdom tooth has made them worse but wasn't the source. three weeks after I had it removed i still need to take 5mg of prednisone daily to maintain my sanity. I am going to pick up some quercetin and stinging nettles that someone mentioned up there and try it today. i will let you guys know how it works out. DEEDS - who would I go see to get tested for candida?
The ladder truck led the procession followed by the other fire trucks, the ambulances followed behind them, it was quite a sight. The funeral was huge as he also taught for the college so he knew everyone from here to Timbuck2!! So many things change when our loved ones pass on. I am not sure we ever get over their deaths, i think we learn how to cope with it. Your BIL sounded like a very talented man who loved life. Did he leave behind a family? He was taken way to soon.
It turns out that it was a wisdom tooth. yes a wisdom tooth, one that never really gave me any problems. this tooth still had a bit of gum growing over the back of it and aparently bits of food and other debris had gotten into it and there was the problem. I discovered this quite by accident ( that this was the source of the hives) as I bought a water pic and started using it, by the next day the hives had all but disapeared!
Tuesday 18;30 not a bad day, but am really exhausted, feel goose bumps crawling up my back and arms, thighs still very stiff, although when I walk a bit, it helps to disperse, just will have to keep active. THREE WEEKS PLUS. Sunday 16/03/08. Well 3 weeks and 3 days have passed, I have since returned to work. I find keeping occupied is the best thing, but the fatigue and the pain in arms and legs are real bad some days. WARNING.
