I just noticed a little bump behind my left ear today and I've been making myself worry because of the fact that about a couple weeks ago I had a six day migraine(never had one last over 24 hours before that), and it alo seems like my ear has been ringing ever since... I don't know if all of that is connected or not, but since it has all been happening around the same time, it makes me worried....should I be? Should I see my doctor?!?
Almost a week ago i woke up with a small bump on the back of my earlobe where the cart ledge is. It was sore for about 3 days, its not sore anymore but still there. It looks to be red when i take a picture with the camera. I stress easily so its been freaking me out. Could it be a bug bite or a cyst ?
They dont hurt to touch nor do they move, this isnt behind the ear lobe so know not a gland, much higher up on the head behind the ear. Im just going through a slight feeling all lumps and bumps stage I think at mo, oops. Ive never worried about them before as there is one on each side and they arent big and feel just like bone.
It showed up a couple of days ago right in the crease where the ear meets the head, just above my earlobe. The bump is about the size of a pea and just under the skin. It aches constantly and is especially painful when touched. What could it be? It's not a pimple, and I'm fairly certain it's not a swollen lymph node, because I've had swollen lymph nodes behind my ears before and they were never this painful.
I have 2 hard bump/lump behind my ear on the bone part (not on the ear itself), and 1 hard bump/lump under the earlobe. This is my right ear.
Last night I found a good sized lump behind my left ear, right above that flap of fat that you get you put earrings in. It's hard and hurts when I push on it. I would have had my mom look at it but it was midnight and she was asleep. When I got up this morning to have her look at it she was gone. Do I have cancer, or could this be and allergic reaction to something? The lump/bump is under my skin, which means it's probably not a sist, right?
I woke up with a hard lump behind my left ear about 3 days ago. It actully in the back of my earlobe. It has gotten a lil bigger now and is spreading back towards my jawline. It is red and it hurts a little. Today my cheek area closest to the ear is a lil swollen too. I had one a month ago on my left earlobe, that after a few days it bust in my sleep. Blood and some chunks of white stuff came out. It went away and has returned now on the other earlobe.
I had hematoma 10 days post op,,, drain tube and all,, now almost 6 months my ears still itch,, they are not symetrical, one lower than other with earlobes different,, my ps didnt sow back lobe I put sticy adhesive tape , it was the weekend.. now I feel small pea size bumps under both earlobes???
For over a month now, I've had this bump behind my right ear. I had someone open it, and drain it. Puss came out, and it felt better for a day or two. It never went away- it's still there. If you touch it- it hurts, sleeping on it hurts, touching the ear lobe also hurts. The small bump is hard. It is located right behind my ear lobe. any idea what it is? Should I go see the doctor? I do wear galsses...could that have irritated it? I have had MRSA before, but this is not it. Thanks.
I went to the ENT two weeks ago because I had swollen lymph nodes behind my ear (behind the earlobe on the bony part of the skull) it was swollen, tender and the area was red. He told me it was a cyst I was born with that had become infected. Gave me antibiotics and I went back today and now he tells me the redness has become worse and seems to be spreading, more like a rash. He tells me I have some swollen lymph nodes as well most likely from the rash.
But when I felt around it I felt a tiny knot right behind my earlobe under the bone, and underneath it I have another knot, but it's more like a bump and its alot bigger, but not as sore. It's just like swollen. So, please give me answers, my parents don't know i gauged my ears, so I'm trying to avoid the doctor if so possible.
the top of the bump is just on top of the bottom of my skull, from there it extends to almost my jaw, directly behind my earlobe. im thinking it is an abscess or a swollen lymph node, but i dont feel sick. it is a little reddish, maybe from touching it. i just want to know what it more than likely is. thanks.
Mostly wear my ear touches my skull (behind or under the earlobe). They only hurt if I apply lots of pressure and their the skin colored. I'm just curious as to what they are? They'll be gone for a while and then I'll just find another new one at random.
I just recently aquired a small, feels like a pea size bump behind my ear on my neck. (It's about an inch across from behind my earlobe) I'm not sure if I should go to the doctor for this..or just see if it goes away on its own. I dont even know how I found it! It doesn't hurt and feels smaller on some days and larger on others. Any advice would be helpful. I'm just nervous it's something serious, but I'm not sure.
I also noticed a bump on my index finger pad which went away after about a week but you could see the edge of flesh that it escaped from. I then got a bump on my earlobe that also went away after presumably bursting after coming to the surface. So far that's 4 things. just when I thought it was over I got two more bumps. One behind my ear and one along my jawbone. They stick around for a week or two before going away but new ones keep appearing.
I noticed a small tender bump on the back side of my ear, in the little notch area behind my earlobe. I thought it might be a pimple because it was hard and tender. But now about a week later, it has grown to a soft liquid filled bump, with no real tenderness. I tried to pop it a few days ago with no success. I don't know what it could be, and since it doesn't hurt and I don't have insurance I don't really want to go to the doctor.
About 2 weeks ago I shaved my penis area, and a couple of days later I noticed near the base of my penis there was a red bump forming, kind of like a ingrown hair. So after a couple of days the redness and tenderness started going away. Now there is a small oval shaped bump under the skin in that location, it does not hurt and I can move it a little bit under the skin. Thanks for the help.
hi, my face suddenly erupted with tiny itchy bumps, wonder if anyone has any advice? it started with a small patch around my earlobes, then spread along my jaw and then finally covers my whole face and about halfway down the front of my neck as well as the back of my ears. the back of my neck has nothing. they are really tiny, and look like perennial goosebumps that itch, making my skin feel really rough.
- You shake a bottle of salad dressing and think your boobs might explode because of the pain - You try to hide your gagging in public, and from the pressure of gagging, you pee your pants - Your entire face and everything surrounding it break out so bad that even your damn earlobes have pimples! And I'm not AT ALL complaining! =) I'm actually THRILLED!
I have hap tinnitus in my ears for a year now with loss of hearing, but it seems when i push my left earlobe back i can hear much clearer i have also notice that when i do that i can feel something move in my ear, other symptoms that have started at the same time is headaches, black spot in left eye, sensitivity to light, lights seem to be much brighter now, i also experience all of a sudden exhaustion that causes my neck and back to be extremely tense.

4) Slight bleeding lasted 3 days (scary again as never did anal before, and never will) 5) Five weeks on, two little bumps behind ear. Parallel to the earlobe. Tender and painful. Worried. Please enlighten.
Also, as of today I've noticed a second lump on the same side of my neck but this one is just starting and it's just behind my left earlobe so you can't see it if you look at me. Just wondering if anyone knows what it could be and if I should worry at all.
It's painful to yawn and to fully open my mouth. There is now a small bump located directly under my ear, behind my earlobe on my neck inbetween my jaw line and the large muscle on the right side of my neck, that little soft spot or pocket inbetween the skull and jaw.... The pain is moving into my ear and causing me to have headaches all through the day all on the right side of my head. Any ideas what this could be from? Is it worth going to the doctor for or should it go away?
A few days ago my face started itching, mainly my forehead, behind the ears around my mouth and chin, etc. There wasn't much of a rash, just itching. Then it moved to my genitals where there was some redness, but no bumps or anything that I could see. It just itched. Now I've noticed what might be small little blisters the edges of my lips and when I pucker my lips there's some wetness or oozing, perhaps. My scalp at the back of my head itches all the way down to the sides of my neck.
and the lump is still behind my ear and im restless im afraid it will infect my inner ear although the lump is behind my outer earlobe. im afraid the puss might move in to my inner ear and start infecting.... i wanted to poke with needle but im thinkin twice. should i still poke it or i let it be it still looks big but not as big as it was...whenever i try to squeeze it seems to run in my skin and i cant feel much of it....
