ve been getting a weird vaginal discharge lately. It first happened after a period, and it was a light beige color with a kind of cheesy smell - not really bad or anything, but just different to what I normally get. That lasted a few days after my period, and then my discharge went semi back to normal in color, but the smell was still the same. No itching or bumps.
I've also had a pain in my lower right abdomen, and I've gotten an ultrasound on it with clear results.
m a 23 year old female on birth control (sprintec) and have been for 5 years now. After coming into sexual contact with an unprotected partner 5 days later I noticed I have a brownish mucousy discharge with a bit of an odor. I'm really worried and I have been under a lot of stress lately. My period should be coming in a week and a half and all of my previous periods have been normal. Please help! Any ideas on what this could be?
u probably will be starting real blood soon. Im 22 and last couple days of my period will be brownish discharge like... u said since 11...does it smell bad/odor and has the discharge been continuous for a year or like once month like a period... if so that fine..but if everyday/all day then would needa be checked. My nieces are 11 and one has started whereas the twin hasnt.. every body age is different. To me just ur body gettin ready for real thing. Jus stay clean...
Right after my period I noticed a yellow-greenish discharge and it hurts to pee too. The color is a mixture of partial period (brownish) and the color of phlegm to be exact. Ever since my period I've only had this type of discharge two times, second time is today. No funny smelling odor or whatsoever. The texture is just the same with a normal discharge. Not foamy. It's just the color that bothers me and the pain down there. I have a history of UTI, could that be the reason behind it?
you cannot classify your period after a miscarriage until you've gone 2 full weeks without any spotting or bleeding. So unless you STOPPED bleeding March 6th, this wouldn't be classified as your period. You're probably still expelling bits and pieces of the pregnancy.
But it also sounds like you have some sort of infection, because I've had a natural m/c before and although it was painful and gross, it didn't have an odor aside from the normal 'blood/period' smell.

These are most commonly a yellow to brown discharge with a foul odor. The discharge can be very light to heavy and a liquid consistency. The odor is a fishy smell and can be quite strong if you have a bad bacterial infection. Bacterial Vaginosis can be cured very easy in the privacy of your own home. Go and see another Doctor,preferably a female.
Let your mum know you are worried & want this embarrassing problem resolved asap..
On the 5th I started my period as normal but I only spotted for 10 days and my periods are normally heavy and only last 4 days. Acouple days ago and last night I had vaginal discharge but it's hard to explain. When I piddled and wiped it was on the tp. It kinda looked like boogies but had a brownish tint, and it only happened just those two times. It didnt have any odor and i'm not itchy or burning down there.

Generally the finding is odor free and not associated with any pain. Females suffering from darkish / brownish blood with no other adverse signs should take adequate rest.
A number of other aspects also cause the discharge finding during early maternity. If brownish blood is not implantation blood loss, it needs to be analyzed instantly.
moderate bleeding last night...and a brownish discharge constant for a week or so, that seems to have a very strong odor. I called the ER last night, and they weren't too worried about it. Should i not worry? I thought bleeding when you were pregnant was not good. I feel normal...still feel the baby moving. Maybe I'm over reacting!
And the condom was not lubricated so it was abit painful.I noticed brownish discharge after. I then had sex again on Monday but with a lubricated condom. He did not *** again. And again the same brown discharge showed up.Today is thursday and I still see the brownish blood dischare but then after school today i was bleeding red blood but not alot.
So my question is...
1) is this normal?
2)Can being sexually active change your cycle and make ur period early or late?
