Without examination,it is difficult to confirm a diagnosis,but from your description ,it looks like post inflammatory hyperpigmentation(the skin darkens because of an
overproduction of melanin (a pigment that occurs naturally in the
body) in reaction to inflammation) , liver spots(flat brown-black spots that usually occur in sun-exposed areas of the body.
Are you trying to lighten spots? I had melasma during my first pregnancy (mask of pregnancy and had darkening spots on my face. :>( ) I went to a dermatologist for it who basically said that lightening creams don't really work when applied to a spot. Because it is really hard to get it just where you need it and lightens all the skin around the spot too, so spot is still noticable. I waited until I gave birth to see if it went away and it did.
It does fade and eventually go away after your baby is born. Took nearly a year for mine to go.

I am suppose to have my next period on 30 August as I have 28 day cycle. But last 2 days I am observing brown spots when I clean there on tissue. This is already 3 September. For as long as I can remember I have had a small brown mark in a certain spot on my penis. Since mid April I noticed some small brown spots under my breast. No pain or itching. As the months have gone by, there are more and more in clusters. I now have the spots in my arm pits and vulva. I am on the 3 different cream and nothing is helping. The other development is my tongue is white like yeast but tested negative. I have been on 2 rounds of antibiotics and yeast infection pills, mouth rinse. Still there.
I have these brown spots on my face for the las few years. Finally i decided to do peeling with a dermatologist, after the fisrt section it stared to get a bit lighter, and i always use sunblock and a long hat covering my face, but even thought i noticed that the spots are still getting dark just by going out side on the shade. Hi I get these very small brown spots all along the upper side of both my index fingers...they are like very small blood blisters which after a few days dry out and the skin flakes around them. I've come to the conclusion that this is what they are and their cause is from gripping a hot steering wheel during the summer which causes the capillaries to burst and form these very small blood blisters. I only get them during the summer and once the temperature drops they go away.
I've noticed that when I am out in the sun for prolonged periods of time brown spots form on my face. Over time they get darker/larger and turn into birthmarks. How can I prevent these from forming, and if I used a low SPF sunblock to prevent these, would I still be able to be out in the sun a lot without the formation of these spots. I am 17 by the way.

The treatment for such dark spots and hyperpigmentation includes various skin creams like hydroquinone, azelaic acid, corticosteroids, tretinoin cream and laser treatment.As you have a sensitive skin,so any of these is not recommended.Apply calamine lotion and aloe gel. If it still persists then you can go in for laser treatment, Chemical peeling or microdermabrasion. Avoid picking, harsh scrubbing, and abrasive treatments unless prescribed by a dermatologist during this period.

Sun spots or lentigines, are harmless, flat, brown discolorations of the skin which usually occur in people older than 40 years of age. The only way to prevent age spots is to use liberal amounts of sunscreen before the age of forty, avoid the sun, and wear protective clothing.
