If I understand correctly, you have had three fairly normal periods since the cyst was removed but this latest one was preceded by some brown discharge and then a very short bleed 2 days later. If this is the first occurrence then you can just wait and see if this repeats in the next cycle. Spotting after a menstrual period can be seen in women IUD. Also it can be due to local caused like cervical erosion. Hence a local examination by your Doctor is necessary. Hormonal imbalance may also be one of the reasons causing it.

In between those days and my expected period, i did randomnly had bright red discharge or dark brown ones for about 3-4 days. On the day before my period was expected, May 4 (i usually have a cycle of 30 days) , a dark brown discharge came out, i saw a blob of blood similar to the one usually happen on periods so i thought that was it, my period. But the next day there they were, again, dark brown discharge accompany with some bright red ones.

i think i got precum in me on my cycle day 10. We only penetrated 4 or 5 times & he peed before but i know theres always a chance. No need to worry when on loloestrine your period cycle is slower at reacting than if you werent on it. Lets say your period before birth control was light and the normal blood color but now with the birth control or the pill it is kind of behind so our periods is just old blood and then it will go away. I hope this helped do not let anyone scare you into thinking it could be implantation bleed.

It does sound like the early starts of your periods coming on. Brown discharge is menstrual fluid that has stayed in the uterus for a little while before coming out. A lot of women who have regular periods have brown on their first day and then red after that, but a lot of girls just beginning their periods have couple of months of just some light discharge that is brown, only. I went on a walk with my sister and when i got back to pee there was a pink tint to my discharge on the 15th of june. the next morning when i went pee i had brown discharge. the discharge lasted all day then by the 16th the discharge was back to normal clear/white-ish. then 2 days later the 18th i had the brown discharge again that lasted all day went back to normal by the 19th. clear/white-ish discharge until the 22nd when the brown discharge started again.
