Stressing about it can keep you from getting a good letdown once you get your
milk, and can delay your full
supply from coming in. Warm showers. Drink lots of
water. Stay away from peppermint, strangely enough. But mostly just take it easy and keep on nursing! Your milk will come in soon enough. Baby's nutritional needs are really minimal right now, the first few days they barely need more than a few drops of colostrum. Don't give up. You're doing a wonderful thing for your baby.
